Horrible, horrible, horrible. UCLA now has an oncology office in Santa Barbara. Even Dr Kass moved over there, and he has a wing named after him at Ridley!! Lol. That speaks volumes. Hmmm, UCLA is #1 in Cancer Care in CA, 8th in nation!!! Go to UCLA!!!!! They have a breast surgeon now too. #ditch Ridley!!!!!

Contrary to popular belief, the current breast cancer patient navigators are not nurses. They have no medical or clinical training. Know this before you take your top off in front of them. I didn't know until it was too late. Website very misleading. One of the worst experiences in my life, having this nobody stare at my chest for nooooo medical purpose. Silly me, I am used to medical professionals who are licensed and answer to Boards and have codes of ethics and are prohibited from viewing body parts that do not need to be seen to do their job!!!Silly me!!! These lay navigators are appointment makers!!! Remember that next time they barge into your care to look relevant so they can collect a paycheck. You might as well have the front desk staff in your exam room.Interesting that there have been no reviews lately. Maybe because all the MDs are bailing out of there??

They care about every patient. You are not a number but you are treated like a human being. The facility is beautiful and state of the art equipment. Everything under one roof. My oncologist surgeon, my medical oncologist and my oncologist radiation dr is there, again all in the same building. I highly recommend Ridley Tree Cancer Center.
