List of Sansum Clinic's Reviews
Very nice people very quick and efficient care was rendered in less than an hour
Laura e polito is a karen that should not be working here.Has many preconceptions about you based on many petty attributing factors.Has a god complex in her virtue signaling demeanor / career
I went to sansum urgent care today, doctor and nurse were good, but they did not have radiology services and I was told I can go to the hospital or wait ten days for the appointment with radiology. Their website doesn't say they are not doing radiology and sonography, If I knew, I wouldn't be there.
Good place I like it everbody very friendly thank you for everything
Rude staff and sub par care
Never been treated more rudely in my life. The staff at this facility is ridiculous!! All I was asking was what are your hours and am I at the correct desk for x-rays. My plan was to return the next day they were open. You would have thought I was berating this woman's child. Wouldn't get X-rays at this place if my leg were mangled into a pretzel.
Personally, I had a great experience at Sansum Urgent Care. Granted, the wait can be a challenge. I got there at 8:15 am and didn't get out till after 10 am, but Dr. Anderson was worth it. I can't remember the last time a doctor actually sat down with me (for 35 min) and went over my medical complaints one by one. Nothing was solved that day because I need to see a specialist, but I felt heard and understood and left there feeling hopeful. So thanks for that, Dr. Anderson. (Also, I vaguely remember seeing him before, about 20 years ago, at some other medical clinic, I believe, and I felt good about him back then too.). I get it, doctors can be a challenge these days, but working in a high traffic place like Urgent Care, they deserve a bit of a break too.
Always a good experience!!!
Trustworthy, longtime urgent care facility. I had a surprisingly good experience when I was here just the other day. I'd gone on a hike the day prior and I unbeknownst to me, had contracted poison oak all over my body. Bad situation. I was going to rely on OTC meds and Google but the severity of it all required me to have the professionals determine what all needed to be done. I'm glad I chose Sansum. There weren't a ton of other patrons while I was there but will say that the check-in process was a fairly smooth one. The young man checking guests in wasn't the most sophisticated, but I was impressed with all the ladies whom had assisted. I was in and out within an hour and am so glad I came here. I was given a needed shot on the spot, had a nice consultation with Dr. Stern, and was sent home with a few prescription meds which have been a godsend.I'm still healing and it'll take a bit of time before I'm back to normal, but I feel I was in the best of hands. Even though this clinic is a bit out of my way, I'd come back again.
Review for Tom R. Anderson an Sansum Urgent CareTook my toddler in last year. Never went back.Dr. Anderson (there are two and they are both bald, I'm sure it was Tom R. Anderson) prescribed my two year old antibiotics for hand, foot and mouth disease. (Very common in children especially those attending daycare). I pretended like I didn't know what it was and asked how long I should give it to my child... He said "give it to him for seven days".What a moron. you do not need antibiotics for a VIRAL infection. He's a doctor, he knows that. When I told the Physician Assistant that I personally worked for he said, "that's why there's so much resistance to antibiotics because M.D.'s like him give it out like candy."1 star because there is no option for 0.Do yourself a favor and go to any of the new Cottage Urgent Care centers.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
