Incompetent vindictive abusive staff member: “Randy” in MyChart support. I will file a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs in Sacramento and the State of California Medical Board. Never trust your healthcare to these hacks. They sold off their Lompoc facilities to the substandard care of the Lompoc hospital, proving that they don’t really care about their patients. They will also intentionally make life difficult for the spouse of a patient when they pass away.

How about...I don't know ACTUALLY FOLLOWING THE LAW and not committing insurance fraud? I have EOBs for covered services that show ZERO due, services that were covered last year as well on the same insurance. Anthem says they are covered, but Sansum? Still trying to bill me in violation of their contract with Anthem. Great doctors, but the adminstration are straight up crooks. Go anywhere else.

Mas responsablilidad y seriedad por parte de la clinica, Si yo cancelo con menos de 24 hrs, la clinica me penaliza y me cobra por falta de seriedad para cumplir con mis compromisos cuando una cita es hecha es como un contrato que las dos partes estan comprometidos en cumplir. LO menos que una persona deveria escuchar de la clinica es una disculpa escrita por su falta de seriedad y responsabilidad, Mejorar servicios ??? tomando y aceptando la responsabilidad fisica y moral de ofrecer el mejor cuidado medico.
