Unacceptable billing practices and disorganized billing department. Unprofessional over the phone.

Came here on a referral from urgent care, so I didn't have to deal with scheduling, but they were able to get me in same day. Parking is hard, but if you get there early, the staff is super easy and friendly. More importantly the doctors were super nice and competent and helped me feel comfortable during my procedure, which went really fast. The next day I was feeling WAY better.

This hospital looked impatient when looking up my insurance. The front desk staff were very unprofessional. Called my school without any instructions and informed me that I was not eligible for insurance. I just went to the hospital for a blood test and used my insurance. I've been billed frequently for the next few months, but the amount on each bill is different. After more than half a year, the hospital actually sold my information to the debt collection company and asked me to pay a credit transfer of $ 20. It's unreasonable!

1 out of the 3 Receptionist was pretty rude and disrespectful to my 73 year old father in orthopedics.

Great doctors but EVERY time we call with a sick child they have NO openings. What's the point of having a pediatrician if they can only see your child when they are well during scheduled visits. Any doctor can give vaccines. I want the pediatrician when my kid is actually sick. As of now they are 12 out of 12 for saying they have no openings and I have to go to an urgent care. I'm switching doctors now.

Mi experiencia no fue muy buena con cierto personal de la clínica pero deseo dejar bien claro que estas 3 personas Sandy, Karen y Daniel son muy respetables y admirables entre otros.También di ciertas instrucciones sobre la anestecia que cuando despierto me levanto de la cama y me puedo lastimar y no me hicieron caso y exactamente eso paso y estoy lastimada de mi cuello y nadie va a responder por eso. La única razón por la cual no les doy la quinta 🌟 es por eso y porque no me dieron la llamada a las 48 horas para darme seguimiento como seguía.

I have seen a few different specialist here.  Most are friendly and competent.   I would ask your Dr. or call and ask the front desk person to give you a recommendation for the best Dr. for you.  A couple, one in dermatology and another ENT, are pretty rude. Dr. Rogers in Urology is awesome!The parking here is horrific, so plan to arrived early for your appointment.  They do have valet if you're in a pinch.They also have a nice little deli-style restaurant if you need to wait for someone in surgery center.

This is directed to the manager of the billing department. Why do you use Financial Network Credit? My dear grandmother has been harassed​ by them. They bullied​ her on the phone and​ lied. I don't​ know how they sleep at night. They have​ caused my dear grandma so much stress and anxiety over one medical bill from you!! She cannot​ is having difficulty because she is on a fixed income. They keep reposting her bill so it is ruining her credit. Why do local medical facilities​ use them? So wrong. So​ very wrong. Sansum is all about the money.

The orthopedic department at Samsun clinic 4151 foothill rd was the worst hospital experience I have ever had. In particular chad dennis billed my insurance company $888 for a 10 minute office visit where I explained the cause of my injury. No treatment was administered and my insurance company covered $0 of his "treatment" bill. Upon my second visit I asked for billing clarification prior to treatment. They were completely unhelpful and I left without treatment. These people, particularly chad dennis are not concerned with your health or wellbeing and are in the business of submitting fragudalent billing claims and hustling. Approach these people for service at your own risk.

Lillian Donner and Tracy Lynn are great PE's. They both worked with me after complete hip replacement surgery and even helped break up the scar tissue! The waiting area is nice, even a cafe as you walk in. I have never waited more than 5 minutes.
