I can’t say enough about this program. It’s different from other fad diets or weight loss programs that I’ve tried. They helped me to develop strategies and encourage dialogue about sharing successes and thought on losing weight, as well as on-going support for long-term weight loss. I lost over 50 pounds and transformed my life. I’m confident, happy, and energized!
I have been in the program for 18 months and have been very successful and very happy with the program. It is the only diet I have ever had success with. I highly recommend this program.
This medically supervised diet incorporates counseling, group support, accountability, physical activity recommendations, and meals. Those who follow the program will have dramatic results (I lost 30 lbs in 12 weeks). But, you'll need to watch your diet after the program. It's a great jump start to change your lifestyle habits and if you do, you'll transform your body and health. - If you fall off the wagon, you can purchase more of the food to correct yourself. -- All in all, this is no more expensive than earring out often. -- The counselors are supportive and credible.
For no discernible reason other than I did not eat All the fruits/veggies on this program, I was asked to leave the diet class after 2 classes but paying in advance for 4 classes , purchasing the week's food and keeping a food diary. No refund was offered- be aware this is a very tightly run service that does not work so much for you the client as it does for itself. Oh yeah, I lost 7 lbs after 5 weeks but my blood pressure went up, is there something they aren't telling you?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
