Amazing people all around work there . They care for you and your problems with your teeth

i had to wait 3 weeks for my appointment . My tooth had cracked so they took an x-ray only to come out tell me its a little infected but im not gonna give you anything for it and im giving you a referral for a oral surgeon.

I have been going to Eastside dental for many years, they have taken very good care of my teeth! I am so grateful for their patience and care!

La verdad Sigo aqui por que ya avia dejado un deposito en La primera cita de otro modo me viera alaejado de este lugar Una espera de 2 horas pasaron todas las personas que llegaron despues de mi .. este lugar no lo recomiendo jamas regresare .... los doctores si son muy amables pero la espera es pecima ... deverian cerrar siempre escuche que eataban cortos en personal . Mestaban haciendo una corona y me pusieron 4 veces un par de dientes temporales .. regrese en 2 semanas 4 veces ...

I've been seen and often treated for trauma related and medical dental issues for decades now and all I can say is THANK YOU Eastside Family Dental Clinic! You've been the heroes many times to this never-scheduled, often emergency care requiring Santa Barbarian who often depended on that sliding scale fee schedule's (basement) floor to allow me to keep the wolves away from my healthcare door. Effective, focused and efficient service with a smile, thank you EFDC! 😁

Soy paciente de este centro Dental hace muchos años y recibí siempre el mejor servicio, aunque la espera de turno nos imprescindible es ideal con la hora que te citan, pero por lo demás muy bien , los Doctores excelentes, pero lamentablemente este año tuve una mala experiencia con el parcial de mi esposo que en primera instancia estuvo bien la parte de arriba pero tuvo problemas con el de abajo, estuvo mal hecho insistimos y no quisieron reconocer que había un error de la persona que toma las muestra o el laboratorio, a Costa de mucha insistencia y el hombre sufriendo con el parcial mal hecho , accedieron y reconocieron que estaba mal hecho y que le harían uno nuevo don cadí 3 medrs que no hay cuando este el parcial nuevo, mañana 22 de Diembre tenían que entregarle y resulta que no esta le cancelaron la cita , es el colmo , el paciente sigue sufriendo con la placa vieja mal hecha, deseo esto se solucione antes que acabe el año , por que da mucho que desear

they advertise accepting new patients, but they don't. Waste of time...

Took my kid here, having heard about the free/low cost dental clinic a few years back. The female dentist, I wish I could remember her name, was one of the most rude and condescending people I’ve ever met. I thought at first that she’s racist, we’re white. But having read all of these other reviews I see it’s more than that. She’s a nasty, bitter person for who knows what reason. So if you’re expecting any compassion or to to be able to walk in/out with any shred of dignity, this place is NOT the place. Truly one of the most dehumanizing experiences I’ve ever had (this is not hyperbole). I will never, ever go back there and I most certainly would never recommend this place to anyone. Which is exactly what I reported back to the school nurse who recommended I try it. It’s so sad to me. My mother, who was an immigrant, moved here from another country when she was 16. When my father did a runner, she took us to this places counterpart, the Westside Med Clinic for years. And they were so kind and compassionate. I hope this isn’t a reflection of their mentality, as well.
