Look no further , Great service from the dentist, Fanny, the assistant and especially Nioxi the front desk. My husband Alex and I know , we are always gonna be taking care of when visiting her office and are always given a clear understanding of anything that our insurance does or does not cover and I love their detail to that type of attention

I've been seeing Dr. Pham and crew for many years now, and honestly, I worry about the day I have to find a new team. They, most importantly, do great dental work, but I always feel welcome and taken care of at my visits, and never leave with unanswered health or billing questions. I hopefully don't have to trust anyone else with my teeth anytime soon!

This was a horrific experience and I’m upset with myself for going. I should have done better research and gone to my regular dentist. When I look at my back teeth it looks and feels like a significant amount was filed down and I already grind my teeth. I would have never consented to this.

Dr Kimberly Pham's practice exceeded my expectations!I have always had an insane fear of dentist, so much so that when they removed my wisdom teeth when I was young, I had to be held down and sedated. I needed a dentist because I had this pain between my teeth but hadn't been to one in a while and had new insurance. I got there around 915 and within 5 minutes I got seated and the dental assistant began doing the initial procedure. She asked me some questions about the pain and where it was and took photos. After that I think I only waited about 10-15 minutes for Dr Pham. She was very good at explaining in detail what was found, what caused it, etc. She was very good at making sure that if any pain was getting too excruciating that they could give me more numbing agent . Personally I didn't because from past experiences its an extra charge for your insurance. However the pain wasn't extreme so I was able to handle it. Aside from service, the location and office was beautiful and the front desk assistant was super friendly as was the dental assistant. The little touch I did like was the hook for my purse ( I know girl problems lol). All in all I was in at 915 out by 1045 which included check in , consultation, approval of work to be done, and procedures. I do wish she had a location in LA because that's where my work is and I wont be WFH in Santa Barbara forever. Whenever I am in town though she is definitely the person I will go see. Thank you ladies!!!!

Not happy with the wait time!..My appointment was at 12:30, it's 1:30 and the Dr. still not seen me. I hope this is not the norm!!
