Dr. Surrey and his team are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and know exactly what they are doing! I had a really great experience and would recommend them 10/10 times. I am and will always be impressed by this team and appreciate their experience which helped me conceive after my first round of IVF! One of my biggest concerns about IVF was over fertilizing and Dr. Surrey understood and didn’t push me to change my mind. He estimated the number of eggs that would fertilize and he was right! During my time (almost 1 year) with Dr. Surrey and my nurse Madi, I of course had a million questions and they always made time to answer them in detail and never made me feel guilty for calling so many times :) I look forward to working with them again during my next transfer!

My experience here is admittedly limited. I was only seen a couple of times before my husband deployed and we were no longer able to try to conceive, so I didn't go back. However the lack of customer service in their billing department is what's lead me to leave a review at all. We received a bill for my husband for a consult with the dr. However my husband was never seen by this dr, never even spoke with him. So I don't see how he can be charged with a consult. I'm happy to pay the bill if it's justified but I've tried calling for 5+ months now to get some answers about this bill before I drop that much $$. And they never ever answer. I've left countless messages and they never ever call back. They keep sending the bill, but I'm reluctant to pay it until I know for sure we owe it. But they don't seem willing to answer my questions. Personally, I'd find a clinic with a more helpful, transparent billing department.

Have not had fertility treatment here; however, I love Alicia and Madi. Alicia is the best ultrasound technician and is extremely knowledgable. Madi is on top of things!

Do not use them. You'll never see the doctor, the nurses are terrible, and you'll have to use Google to find out key information about the shots you have to give yourself. At the worst, you'll be like us: be given the WRONG information, lose $40,000, and lose your baby. Then the doctor won't even call you himself to give you the news, he'll have his nurse do it.
