Highly recommend!!10/10 Everytime.The staff was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed even though I was about to undergo a major surgery for the first time. Tiffany was such a doll and helped keep my nerves calm. The rest of the staff was absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend to all. Such a courteous staff and very very friendly environment. The facility itself is clean and beautiful. However, if you are a person who gets anxious before surgery- you will not be given any medication to help you relax during your prep. Per the policy of the center, you must be "completely alert" all the way up until you are on the OR table. I highly recommend talking to your doctor or anesthesiologist first or consider going elsewhere if you are at all prone to anxiety before surgical procedures. I had a nerve block while suffering a mild panic attack...and it ultimately made my surgical experience more traumatic than necessary.

They never answer there phones and I can never leave a message. It would be best of they can get a answering menu/service so they can better assist there callers.

They are all courteous staff, who are so helpful with any questions pertaining to your procedure, billing, safety, etc. Dr. Kenly is my pain care specialist and his team is fantastic, especially when reassuring patients who are pretty nervous. The facility is very clean, calming, and professional.

I was very pleased with my experience here. I had foot surgery performed here by Dr. Brayton Campbell, a podiatrist/ foot and ankle surgeon from the University Foot and Ankle Institute in Santa Barbara (whom I HIGHLY recommend). I had a lapidus bunionectomy and bilateral akin osteotomies.The facility is very modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is in a nice and convenient location. From the perspective of a patient, the administrative aspects of getting surgery here were much simpler and less stressful than at a hospital's outpatient surgery center (such as where I had my first foot surgery earlier this year). Upon arriving the morning of my surgery, I filled out some paperwork, underwent some basic tests to make sure I was in optimal health that day, spoke with my surgeon, anesthesiologist, and nurses, and then was prepared for the surgery! It was a quick and painless process.The anesthesiologist, Dr. Jerry Mitchell, was friendly, knowledgable, and skilled. He called me the day before my surgery to introduce himself and ask some questions, and he called me the day after to check on how I was doing. He was able to insert the needle on the first try without leaving a bruise, which has been a struggle for medical personnel in the past (i.e. for anesthesia, blood tests, and even blood donations)! In addition to general anesthesia, I received a nerve block for one of my feet, which he performed with ease.
