Kristin is a wonderful healer. She deeply listens, provides thorough treatment plans and is consistent with her check-ins and follow ups. I've been working with Kristin since the new year to assist me in regulating my menstrual cycles, minimizing menstrual pain and energetic rejuvenation after having a baby. Kristin and I have not met in person - all of our sessions have been via video conference and emails and they have been incredibly effective. I highly recommend Kristen.

It's my first time ever getting acupuncture September of last year and I was fortunate enough to land in the loving care and expert hands of Kris! I was having joint pain on my right foot and left wrist and dealing with two swollen fingers. Kris was very knowledgeable and experienced in her profession that she totally helped me feel so much better!! As a bedside nurse I am on my feet for long hours. I was seeing Kris almost weekly because the acupuncture really helped me! As a person, Kris was not only very nice and approachable, but she was also very patient with me and very attentive to my needs and concerns! She was very thorough in teaching me about my health issues and problems and a very good listener, always suggesting ways and techniques and effective health products to help me manage my pain issues. I'm so sad that Kris had to move but at the same time happy and excited for her and her family as they unfold a new chapter in their lives. I surely miss Kris and I hope one day I will be blessed to find another great acupuncturist like her here in San Diego! Good luck and may God bless you Kris on your career and profession!! I have been working with Kris for a year or so. I can say she is the best acupuncturist I have met so far. She takes the time to listen . She makes it fun too.I love her weekly check in, it makes me feel that I am not alone on my healing path. The best thing is, she teaches you how to be proactive when it comes to take care of your health. I would recommend her to anyone. She really is a gem!

The first time I had an acupuncture treatment from Kris I felt light flowing down into my body and a deep caring from her humble and quiet demeanor. My body felt like it was vibrating for days afterwards. I highly recommend Kris and her services as well as her educational resources that empower women to be able to care for themselves.
