I’ve been treated by Kirstin for years and have worked with her, too. She has a talent that can’t be taught. She is able to feel how people are “off”, disconnected, or simply imbalanced, and she can get straight to the heart of it with her Acupuncture and herbal skills. Plain and simple: she’s a healer. And she brings immeasurable joy to her life and those in it. It’s a gift to be treated by her.

I received my first professional massage today from Vishal at Impact Hub Funk Zone and it was beyond amazing. I've always been nervous about receiving massages because I'm ridiculously ticklish, but he quickly put me at ease. Due to having an extremely busy month, I've been struggling to sleep well the last two weeks and have been waking up fatigued every day. After a 15 minute session of really working out knots and tension in my back, neck, and shoulders, I left the session feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. It felt like I actually had a full night's sleep and the fatigue left me. Vishal is extremely professional and knowledgeable about his craft and I'd recommend EVERYONE I could to him. You are "literally" in good hands.

Vishal is an incredibly gifted practitioner. Right away he knew exactly what my body was needing to clear up the digestive issues I was experiencing. My diet and nutrition have significantly improved after following the guidance he suggested. Along with massage, acupuncture, cupping, and healing my digestive issues, Vishal assisted me in radically eradicating a red, uncomfortable rash/irritation I was experiencing under both my eyes. I had no idea what was causing this and came to Vishal for guidance. After lots of questions and digging deep into my health history, removing certain facial products I was using and certain foods I was eating, and tracing this rash to its root cause, Vishal was able to determine that the rash was due to a low grade infection in my mouth! Finding out this information has been extremely profound for me and my health. Thanks to Vishal I finally went to the dentist and have taken care of the infection. Vishal has many special gifts and talents that are very present in his healing modalities such as: powerful and clear intuition, healing touch, the ability to be completely present and get to the root cause of problems, great listening skills, and a vast range of knowledge in nutrition, health, yoga, the body, and spirituality. He has a beautiful way of incorporating them all in his practice. Vishal has an innate gift to create a space where his clients feel safe, relaxed, and heard. I am experiencing incredible benefits from receiving treatment from Vishal. I feel healthier, happier, clearer, and more vibrant after each session. Vishal is one of a kind and it is truly an honor to receive treatment from him. A 10/10 experience each time. Acupuncturist really does not do justice to Paul's approach. His knowledge of many forms of treatment and commitment to the overall health and energy of his patient is exceptional. I started visiting him after a bout of meningitis and a number of health problems. He has conscientiously nursed me back to health and wellness, teaching me to take a completely different view of my health and how I treat my body. He is also fun, intelligent and kind, which make him great fun to hang out with while he helps you get where you need to go. Go see him.

I had a severe imbalance in my body that manifested in lots of dietary restrictions. I attributed Paul to healing this imbalance. I am now able to eat all the foods that were problems before. Paul is very knowledgeable in several healing modalities, so it's like you get to see five different therapists in one! Would highly recommend Paul!

Paul is a very gifted healer and practitioner. He understands the the body, mind and spirit in a very unique and genius way and uses this vast knowledge to bring about profound and lasting healing. Highly highly recommend him.

Paul is really great at what he does. He has many talents and they all show in his work. He has the ability to really listen and be present. In that, he gets to the bottom of what is out of balance in my body and uses many different methods/modalities to bring that balance back. He always seems to know what is going to help most that day and after the session is over, I feel better freedom, vitality, and strength from within. Besides his bodywork and knowledge of herbal medicine, he is a wonderful yoga and meditation teacher. He sometimes uses asana as part of his sessions. Being in a restorative or yin position while receiving treatment is so wonderful. Some of the pranayama techniques he has taught me I have continued to practice on a daily basis and they have changed my life. What a wise healer and wonderful person to be around!

Pauls experience as a professional body worker and energy healer really shines through in is work as a primary care provider and acupuncturist. His knowledge of the body, energy systems, and lifestyle counseling is top notch. After a session with Paul, I felt renewed and balanced and clear about which steps I need to take on my own to progress on my path to health.
