David Gaynes is hands-down the best acupuncturist I’ve ever seen, and I have seen a lot. My husband is a naturopath and we 100% recommend SB Total Health and specifically David Gaynes. I was there just yesterday... I showed up exhausted and not sleeping well and David did his magic and I slept well last night and feel sooo much better today.

David is the best! Not only his calm and attentive personality makes a huge difference when you come anxious with all your symptoms, but he is an excellent professional! He listens carefully to all you're experiencing, and uses all his knowledge and tools to make you feel better. In this covid-19 time, and not being able to go for a massage, I thought I'll give it a try. I'm so happy I did! He solved my knee/leg pain. Weeks later I came back to work on my sciatic nerve, I was in pain, uncomfortable, and having trouble focusing at work. I left his office almost without pain, and two hours later no more pain! I don't believe in miracles, I believe in professional people that know what they are doing. And David Gaynes definitely does! You won't regret it, he is so dedicated to his clients (hint, I rarely write reviews, but I thought he really deserve one, and you deserve to know that he is out there to help you).

David is absolutely fabulous! Right away you feel like your concerns become his concerns and makes it his mission to figure out the solution. That alone makes you feel like you're in good hands and puts you at ease. Definitely not the case with many health care practitioners. The supplements I've taken so far are great and I have more energy which I desperately needed with having low thyroid issues. He's just the best!

By the time I saw David Gaynes I was feeling very achey and old. Here are the symptomsI had: Achey, groin, Right glut, elbows ached for year, I felt like my body was tightening and restricting movement, I also had Intermittent sharp pain superficially on my head (like getting poked with a pin). My body felt like a total lack of vigorousness in lower half of body.  Sometimes I had difficulty lifting up my legs. Deep knee bends were very challenging, but possible.  Also my head had a mild tremor but not noticeable to anyone but me. That condition was getting more difficult to regulate. Who knew that in just 3 months all my seemingly unrelated symptoms would have dissipated with just a few pills from David.
