First off Trisha needs better customer service skills for for sure. Trisha gets 0 stars. Even though we were very polite we were met with attitude. The Doctor him self told us to schedual an appointment she laughed and scoffed at the mere idea. Not only is my girl in pain but also pregnant. Would be most likely not to recommend this office .

If you are broken, he will fix you. Awesome bedside manner and experience in abundance. Can't recommend him enough. I suggest not breaking yourself as a good option.

Dr. Tacconelli performed arthroscopic surgery to repair a torn meniscus in my right knee 5 weeks ago. This was my second experience with Dr. Tacconelli. 25 years ago he replaced a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament in the same knee. Both surgeries were without incident. My recovery was fast and complete. I particularly appreciate that Dr. Tacconelli spends a lot of time making sure the patient understands the procedure, can ask questions and knows what to expect, good and bad. Really excellent office staff also.

They completely took care of all my needs. They took me in on a day where they weren't accepting patients, called my insurance when I was in too much pain and didn't know where to begin. The wait time was incredibly short and they completely fixed a very bad fracture with no surgery. Everything was explained in full detail & I never left with an unanswered question. They were extremely educated, paitient, and understanding. This goes for everyone I encountered on multiple occasions. From the funny, friendly receptionists, the nurse who takes patients back to the office, the person who takes x rays, and most importantly, the doctor, everyone went above and beyond to make sure everything would heal properly.

Dr. Vic and his entire team have been terrific...from diagnosis to post-op follow up. Office team is well-trained, competent and concise. Victor clearly explains options, answers questions and CARES! Would recommend to family, friends and all in need of orthopedic services.

I had shoulder surgery with Dr. Tacconelli a few years back. I was so pleased with his honesty and the recovery that I am going back to have my other shoulder worked on. Dr. Tacconelli is fantastic

A really nice doctor, I've been to a few times for my knees. Nice manner, not too rushed. Good practical advice. He also did a relative's knee replacements, and that turned out well too.
