DO NOT COME HERE unless you want someone to actually care about you and your oral health. Dr. Zak was incredible, and no one has ever sat down and talked with me about my teeth like that. We made an entire oral care plan honestly, I felt heard, I didn’t feel judged, and I am excited to come back! Shoutout to the office folks who helped take care of me: Salma, Melisa the office manager, and the unsung heroine who helped me get my teeth X-rays (sorry I didn’t get your name, but you’re a trooper!!).

After driving over 2 hours to take my 83 year old father to the appointment, we were told that he failed to sign a document. I asked the man at the desk to simply print it and he could sign it now. The receptionist said that he could text it but did not have the ability to print. He spent about 5 minutes trying to text the form to me. Once I received the texted form I quickly sent it back. It was now 3:10. At that point the female receptionist became rude and stated that their policy says if you are more than 10 minutes late she would have to reschedule. They actually turned us away and told us to reschedule. What a terrible way to treat an elderly customer. Both of the receptionist who worked the afternoon of March 4, 2026 should be fired. I will never do business with them again. I am furious over the horrible treatment of my 83 year old father.

Monkey business. Never on time. Zak cancel your appointment within 48hour, tough luck for you. You cancel within 48 hour and there will be an invoice coming your way. First consultation $240 is a video of your teeth and video chat … Save your time and money. Never again…

Monkey business at it finest. $248 for taking a video of your teeth and video conference to explain their findings. The dentist office can do a late next day cancel, but if you cancel within 48hours there will be an invoice coming your way. No matter what time your appointment is set for, this dentistry will always be late. Save your money and time, this place sucks. They are the few that accept medi-care. If you have good dental insurance, this place is not for you.
