Dr Chen is very stressed, bossy and probably unhappy woman. I would never ever give her my child under care. Her manner are ... well, there are no manner at all. She probabaly didnt hear about Hippocratic Oath. Well, very shortly, we were late a bit. Office stuff was afraid to tell her that and ask about visit. We was insisting to see either a manager or dr chen. After a hour she showed up and she started to be agresive. She, to put it softly, reminded us, that the whole place is under her and other doctors commands. And office staff is working for her, not for us. And, despite our child was in critical health situation, she wont see her.
