This is our second summer having my teenaged boys get their pre-fall sports physicals at Carbon. Scheduling was easy, staff were pleasant, wait times were reasonable, exams were efficient but thorough - and we left with our forms completed, signed and stamped. Compare that to our usual struggle to get in with our Stanford pediatrician who schedules 4 mos out and requests 2 weeks for form completion, and it’s a no brainer. So grateful to have this option! Thank you Carbon health! 🩷

Carbon health called us to make an appointment and gave us one the next day. We were seen before our scheduled appointment and all was efficient. Very helpful and polite staff.

Jake and Caleb in Santa Clara were fantastic! They helped me with a broken arm I got down in LA. I had previous X-rays at another urgent care and their X-rays weren’t readable. Once Caleb did his thing, Jake saw exactly what I needed and fixed me up. I have a care plan I need to follow through on but left there in less pain and a clear path! Thank you!

Santa Clara was such a pleasant experience. I broke my arm down in LA and was seen down there at an urgent care but the X-rays weren’t sufficient. Jake and Caleb were empathetic to the pain and stress I had been through and took care of me like I was the only patient they had. I am so grateful. Thank you!! Cassandra

I visited this urgent care on a busy Monday morning. There was some wait, but the care provided by Nathan Randall was quick, thoughtful, and efficient. The check-in staff, nurse, and X-ray technician were all professional, kind, and made the visit as smooth as possible.

I got my medical test done for CDL on 15 July.First i booked an appointment for 14th July which was cancelled by carbon Health customer services as no Docter or Nurse was available.i asked the price twice for medical and twice they said 140$ for the CDL medical.i paid 140$ on my appointment and got my medical was done.Today on 19th and its sunday i been charged 43$ Extra and when i rang the customer services and they got no clue about this Transection.now am disputing this transection with my credit card.non professional Attitude.👎👎
