List of Crossover San Tomas's Reviews
Seems like it's run by men with no compassion. Mass exodus of doctors who don't fit into the "jock fraternity" surfing culture of this company . If you are truly sick look elsewhere. They are trying to save money for employers by preventing employees from seeing doctors from their own insurance companies .
If it is valuable for you: * a professional approach, * the fastest possible tests, * high-quality results, * caring staff…. This is a great place for you 🌹
Quick and effective professional medical help.
I signed up with Crossover since my company has an agreement with them. I liked my doctor and the admin side is very easy to work with. However, it seems they've had a recent huge exodus of doctors at the bay area clinics. Looks like all the doctors with good education and background have left. So probably leaving Crossover too since I can't find a doctor I would want to see. What happened Crossover??!!
I easily scheduled a same-day appointment online using the Crossover website. Reception was welcoming and my wait was quick. My payment information was saved from my last visit at another location and my $10 co-pay was paid with no hassle. The nurse and doctor were both attentive and respectful. Dr. Nemirov listened to my concerns, did a thorough examination, & answered all of my questions. I was completely satisfied with my visit; though I hope not to return any time soon due to illness, I would gladly choose Crossover Health again.
I contacted Crossover Health with the form at the page https://crossoverhealth.com/contact. I did not receive any response. I resorted to calling and they told me that they do not accept clients from my specific employer. I give 2 stars since they do not respond to their online forms and I can't get any help from this business. The fact itself they won't provide service to random people working for specific companies sounds to me very racist and discriminatory.
I've been going regularly to Crossover since a few years. Like their other branches, the San Tomas one is also clean and well-maintained. Good doctors, friendly service and everything under one roof.
Easy to get appointment. No wait time. Tests were done and results were delivered within minutes. Dr. was friendly and referred me to other services at the clinic.
Agree with Khadir A., this clinic is like Urgent Care without the wait. I had an issue that needed pretty immediate attention, and within a few clicks online I had my account set up and the ability to choose an appointment time. I ended up being seen the same afternoon, having made all the arrangements online. Super convenient! As far as the facilities go, don't let the industrial exterior turn you off. Inside is beautifully designed and the "waiting room" is more like a boutique hotel lobby with one modern-looking reception desk. Check in, payments, everything is handled by friendly staff using tablets. My nurse and my doctor were very laid-back and not in a hurry. There are rooms for other services, too, such as acupuncture, physical therapy, and even an optometrist's room with glasses and the whole nine yards! I appreciate little wellness sanctuaries that try to take the sterile out of the atmosphere and attitude (not out of the treatments, of course!). Crossover Health is a place you actually want to go to when you have a medical need. At this time it is only available to employees of certain businesses, but I can see this concept becoming popular quickly. Then they will need to open and staff several more of these wonderful facilities to meet demand! The current two locations in Mountain View and Santa Clara work great for me. High five! I'm so impressed!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
