Jeff Tao's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Tao for a number of years. Each time I have visited with him, he has taken the time to listen and ask and answer questions that have led him to give and prescribe the best care. Over the years, I feel that we have developed a mutually respectful relationship. I have never felt rushed or uncomfortable speaking with him. He is always professional and caring. Each time I have sent him a non-urgent message, he has answered within a few hours. While I do need to book an appointment a few months in advance for my annual visit, I don't ever recall a time I was unable to see him for something urgent. When I chose a Medicare plan, Dr Tao was the only physician I wanted to ensure was on the plan. I trust Dr Tao and believe provides me with the best care possible.

Dr. Tao truly cares about his patients and listens to what they are saying. He always goes the extra mile to make sure his patients get the best care possible. He is easy to talk to and never judges you. Not many doctors like him left in the world.

My family and I have been going to Dr Tao for over 20 years! He is the most awesome physician you will ever know. He takes the time to get to know you and provide the utmost excellent care of you. When you see Dr Tao, he takes his time with you. You never feel rushed. He is always on time and never keeps you waiting. He knows his stuff and your ailments (whatever they may be) will be cured after a first visit. No need to come back and try different kinds of meds! I have asthma and he has taken excellent care of my asthma for years! I highly highly recommend him! Thank you Dr Tao for everything you do for me and the whole family. You are a God send.

My family been going to Dr Tao for years since we found him around 1990s and we recommended friends to see him. He actually take his time to listen and you can feel his sincerity/genuineness of helping you. We keep our health insurance although it went up very very high because we like Dr Tao. I've been Dr. Tao's patient for over 15 years. BEST doctor ever! He takes his time. Listens carefully. Actually remembers me every time I see him :) remembers my hobbies, concerns etc.

I have visited a couple of the other Drs in the same office, and I see they have 5 full stars. This is interesting because I rate my experience with Dr. Tao far and above the others. He is an absolute professional and is a very caring person. His knowledge is top notch and he's very proactive on issues he's concerned about (and for which you should be as well). I would recommend Dr. Tao with highest confidence.

Jeff is a smart and knowledgeble doctor who provides accurate diagnosis and gives precise and most relevant advice depending on the case to his patients. Lucky to have him in Santa Clara.

Dr. Tao is a very good doctor. He makes sure you understand all your options and speaks TOO you, not AT you.

In my honest opinion, Dr. Tao is a great doctor. He fits one of those models doctors who do not usher the patients out the door like an assembly line. Although there are times where you have to wait an extra 10 minutes, the delays happen because he truly cares about his patients(he takes time to listen). He allows me to go through my long list of ailments and makes sure that I am healthy. More importantly, he does not order unnecessary tests.
