Nur Wellness Clinic's Online Review Report Card

I've been going there for treatment for a while, and everything was good until today. During my visit today, I interacted with a front desk representative who was unhelpful, dismissive, and frankly rude. She questioned whether I had made the necessary payment, and refused to check in internal system. I explained there was no front desk rep upon last treatment, I made the payment afterwards via PayPal. She "laughed" at me paying via PayPal and said its impossible. Despite my suggestion to check email threads or anything in their own system, she insisted that I did not pay, and asked me to searching for email threads months ago to provide proof of payment. After 20+ minutes waiting and arguing, she finally contacted the owner and confirmed that I paid, which could have been done upfront, and should be job responsibility of a front desk rep. I got very upset with this experience, and asked for refund of the package I paid for. The front desk rep refused to do that, saying she does not know how to do that, and asked me to leave. She also threaten me that I will get a fee for cancelling today's appt, even though I went but did not get treated because she spent the entire time questioning my payment history, and did not even check me in.

I came across Nur Asthetics in Grupon for Dysport service. Coupon price and facility reviews were the highlights I referenced to choose this place. I requested an appointment on their website entering all requested information including credit card, purpose of appointment, Grupon Voucher details...etc. I then received a call to confirm appointment with suggested earlier date for which I took, I had to provide my credit card info again as receptionist advised their Booking application does not work "making her job difficult" for which comment I found unnecessary and unprofessional to mentioned to me. I did not receive text nor email confirmation for new appointment. The morning of appointment I received a call from Nur, I missed call and no VM was left so I called back. Receptionist mentioned she does not know why they called (3 min earlier) but confirmed I was still good for my appointment. I arrived to appointment and to my surprise appointment was booked for Forehead Laser Hair Removal instead of Dysport for forehead. I drove 50 min for this appointment, receptionist again mentioned the system was not working hence the mis understanding of wrong purpose of appointment, she offered $20 credit and flexible/priority appointment availability. I had to request receptionist to send me a detailed text with details of appointment, time and agreed $20 credit to assure no mistake was made again. Make up appointment day, I was quickly checked in and received service for which nurse had a really un friendly face but looks like she knows what she is doing. I guess I paid for service and not for customer service....anyway I was provided extra Dysport units on top of the ones already purchased so upon my check out to pay additional cost receptionist did not even apply $20 credit until I asked her to. Place is really nice but customer service is not their forte for my experience. I was offered similar Groupon price promotion. I would have purchase it but definitely did notbwant to expose myself to same degree of customer service.

Let me tell you about my first laser hair removal experience. My nurse was Elaine Chen, she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and she explained everything very clearly dispelling any hangups I had with laser hair removal. My first session was a lot less painful than I expected. I want to say it was due to to the skill and abilities of Elaine. I will definitely need to come back for another session or two but Elaine is who you should ask for if you come to this location!

I was initially nervous about the discomfort because I had some pretty painful ones in the past with another company, but Elaine was gentle and I didn't feel a thing. The results have been fantastic - I've noticed a significant reduction in hair after just a few sessions! I couldn't be happier with the care and results. If you're considering laser hair removal, I highly recommend Elaine! She's the best!

I highly recommend Nur Aesthetics for anyone considering laser hair removal. Zarlasht and Elaine are very knowledgeable and their customer care truly set them apart! Front desk was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The treatment itself was quick and they consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I noticed significant results after just a few sessions. Looking forward to my next visit!

Nur Aesthetic is a hidden gem, when you first walk in it smells amazing the sitting area is so cutee! I personally go for Laser Hair Removal and i can say its been the best decision i made. The girls up front are always nice and attentive, can't wait to go back and do some more self care.

Shareen no longer works here and it was impossible to get an appointment before I move. I ended up just buying products with my credit. The girls that work here are nice but very young and it doesn't seem to be managed well at all. Really disappointed because I loved Shareen

Hadeel is my new injector. I loved how thorough she was in explaining how much units I needed for either dysport or botox, and I love that she sends her recommended units so I have something to refer back to for next time. The units she recommended was perfect for my forehead and my masseter. Def feel confident in coming back again for more!

It was my first time going to Nur Aesthetics, the professionalism displayed by Mashhal, Zarlasht, and Hadeel was truly unmatched. From the moment I walked in, I was kindly greeted and made to feel at home by these ladies, making me feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. I was nervous for my first RF microneedling session, but each one put so much ease into the room, making it a very efficient and relaxing experience. I would 1000% return to them for any procedure with CONFIDENCE! After just one session, I noticed progress in the texture of my skin and a complete GLOW. These ladies are magic. It is difficult to find people in aesthetics you can truly trust, I would follow these ladies anywhere. Thank you to Nur Aesthetics and to Zarlasht, Hadeel, and Mashhal for such an amazing experience! Would a million percentage return again to them.

I was very happy with my botox results provided by Hadeel! She made me feel comfortable and was very easy to talk with :) We focused on the forehead this appt but I was so please I went ahead and scheduled my next appt this month with her for a different procedure.
