Thank you very much to Darlene, she is amazing! Detail oriented! Superb, highly recommend her.
Anna is great with my hydrofacials! Highly recommend her! My face looks amazing after getting these hydrofacials!
I am so Happy! Darlene is so good. She knows exactly where and what to do. Filler, Botox. All of it . She is an artist. I have gone to her now for 4 years at Orange Twist Santa Clara and will never go to another place as long as she's with Orangetwist.
I ave had a number of offerings from Irvine and Fabrianne has been great. I have had Botox, IPL and Hydrofacial all with great results.
I’ve been an OrangeTwist member since early 2020. Over the past six years, I’ve visited four different locations and received a wide range of treatments — from Botox and fillers to facials, body, and scalp treatments. I’ve always appreciated that OrangeTwist stays current with beauty trends, and most of the aestheticians and nurses I’ve encountered have been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Santa Clara location was disappointing enough to make me rethink my loyalty to the brand altogether. I had booked a facial for a Friday afternoon — 10 days in advance — and almost immediately after, my phone started blowing up with a series of lengthy text messages. They weren’t reminders or helpful appointment confirmations — they were essentially a barrage of disclaimers, conditions, and penalties. The first message stated that due to “high demand,” I was required to fill out patient forms prior to arrival (fair enough). But then came the kicker: failure to cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice would result in a $100 fee — even for rescheduling. More messages followed, outlining every facial service they offer (many of which I hadn’t booked) and the exact length of each one. Then came another warning: if they had to cancel due to certain "conditions," I could still be charged a $100 fee. The tone felt less like helpful communication and more like they were trying to find any excuse to charge me, rather than actually provide the service. As someone who’s spent thousands annually with OrangeTwist, I’ve never encountered this kind of overly aggressive, borderline condescending communication. It felt transactional and impersonal — like I was being treated as a potential liability, not a valued client. This wasn’t the first red flag with the Santa Clara location either. I’ve noticed a high staff turnover here. They used to have friendly, competent team members and a great injector. Since they left, my Botox results have been subpar — in one instance, I saw no visible improvement at all. When I brought it up, I was told to just “wait until the 3-month mark” — no touch-ups, no concern. That’s not acceptable, especially when I’ve used Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau elsewhere and consistently saw results within 7–10 days. With this latest experience, I decided to cancel my appointment entirely. I’m now seriously reconsidering whether I’ll continue coming to this location — or to OrangeTwist at all. If this had been my first experience, I honestly never would have returned. If you’re considering OrangeTwist, I strongly recommend visiting one of their SoCal locations instead — they’re far more polished, welcoming, and results-driven. As for Santa Clara, I hope they rethink how they communicate with loyal clients before more of us walk away.
Hydrafacial is amazing and I feel so clean and look refreshed 🥰
It was my first time coming in for any services toxin related. It was so nice and the service is amazing. I was intimidated at first but they talk you about the prices and also even plans you could choose from. It was such a fun experience overall. I am excited to see my results. Pain was mild.
They over dilute their Botox, presumably so you need more units. (You should need no more than 9 units for frown lines for instance). & If you don't have visible lumps between your brows and on your forehead after you leave, for several minutes, till even after you get in your car, they have definitely over diluted their Botox. Also, because they mix Botox it in another room or behind your back. You don't see the bottle. You have no idea if it's Botox they're using on you or a cheaper option that is less long-lasting like Xeomin. Many practices charge Botox prices but use the cheaper alternatives. Ask to see them draw the Botox from the bottle. And I would even ask to see your chart to see what dilution was used and take a picture of it if they show it to you. If they won't or can't excuse for not seeing that showing you that I wouldn't go thru with it, or just don't go back. Also non-medical people like office staff give you medical advice- like how many units you should have, etc. they're not really qualified to be telling you what you need. (They can tell you what the typical range is) They also abruptly canceled my upcoming appointment after I asked for a copy of my medical records. Vanessa told me I would no longer be seen as a patient there because I requested a copy of my records. Highly unethical.
I was a member here for 2 years or so and really enjoyed my experiences with all of the staff and services! Nurse Katie (I believe) was simply the best, but has moved on. I've also seen nurse Darlene, who has been great as well. I canceled my membership with them recently as I just got engaged and wanted to try Botox at my other MedSpa where I have my filler done in order to lock in the perfect tox dosage before the big day. I had a little bit of spocking from that appointment (not unusual for me) and came back to OT to see if they could do 1.5 units to fix it. They mentioned once I got there that they have a $150 minimum for Botox so I was basically just asked to leave. I was considering signing up with them again for the membership and I still might, but that last experience was just a little offputting for me. The other issue is that they don't have all of the services at this location that they offer at their other locations, such as lasers and more. Just something to consider!
2nd time at OT and I have to say that I always get a good vibe when you walk in. The front desk staff are very courteous/polite and ready to serve you. I've had the pleasure of working with Darlene and she is very knowledgeable/professional and ready to answer any questions. Been very happy with my results. Ty OT

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
