Valley Health Center Downtown Clinic - Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

nurse lauryn always makes me feel safe and taken care of! the wait times here can be a little rough (especially for urgent care and pharmacy) but the healthcare industry is so impacted that it's not a big surprise.

Thank you to Fecado for your stellar Nursing care! You are the BEST!!! You really love your patients and your Job!!! It definitely was notable! Also, I want to thank my AWESOME Dr. Tho Vo for her excellent patient care!!! She is simply THE BEST!!! Thank you DOC!!! . This place is not just a Doctor's Office but for sure a great group of people!!! Even the receptionist. What a great work family you all are!!! You all really care about your patients and it shows!!! This place deserves 0 stars, we came in yesterday for hiccups that may be due to GERD, the physician made us wait till 10 pm and told us to go to another emergency room Molly Connor hospital, we were called it at 9.35, but they made us wait in the waiting room till 9.50 mentioned that their pharmacy is closed and gave us a print out of what can be found in the internet like eat granulated sugar etc, we obviously did all home remedies before we left. This is straight out money grabbing place

04/14/2026 3pm-5pm Go somewhere else and pray that their be new management. Front desk needs improvement. Possibly the worst care in history and they might as well run out the door 1hour early and have their hours cut up in the 3rd floor. No empathy no help no clear guidance. Worst care they play games till its closing time. Posiblemente la peor atención en la historia. Bien podrían salir corriendo una hora antes y cerrar sus servicios en el 3rd piso. No hay empatía, no hay ayuda ni orientación clara. La peor atención. Có lẽ là dịch vụ tệ nhất từ trước đến nay. Họ còn có thể đóng cửa sớm hơn một tiếng và dẹp luôn hoạt động ở tầng ba. Không có sự đồng cảm, không hỗ trợ, không hướng dẫn rõ ràng. Dịch vụ tệ nhất.

04/16/2026 3-5pm Just Go somewhere and hopefully they get shut down! Possibly one of the worst places to go for any type of care. Seemed underqualified and unprofessional. They kept me waiting while they kept laughing and no one else waiting in line. I was sent for a ultra sound and apparently they didnt recieve anything and instead of telling me to go downstairs and ask for it again she waits till the last minute to tell me they called and nothing and haven't recieved anything even though my summary visit says otherwise. Spanish: Mejor vaya a otro lugar—ojalá hasta los cierren. Posiblemente es uno de los peores lugares para recibir cualquier tipo de atención. El personal parecía poco capacitado y nada profesional. Me hicieron esperar mientras se reían, sin haber otros pacientes en fila. Fui referido para un ultrasonido y dijeron que no recibieron nada. En lugar de decirme que bajara a pedir la información otra vez, esperaron hasta el último momento para decir que llamaron y no recibieron nada, aunque mi resumen de visita dice lo contrario Vietnamese: Tốt hơn hết là nên đi nơi khác—hy vọng nơi này bị đóng cửa. Đây có lẽ là một trong những nơi tệ nhất để nhận bất kỳ dịch vụ chăm sóc nào. Nhân viên trông thiếu năng lực và không chuyên nghiệp. Họ bắt tôi chờ trong khi cười đùa dù không có ai khác đang chờ. Tôi được gửi đi siêu âm nhưng họ nói không nhận được gì. Thay vì hướng dẫn tôi xuống dưới để hỏi lại, họ đợi đến phút cuối mới nói đã gọi nhưng không nhận được thông tin, dù giấy tóm tắt khám của tôi cho thấy điều ngược lại.

04/14/2026 3pm-5pm Registration department for my ultra sound made me go into a limbo so I didn't get the service that was supposed to be provided under a doctor's referral. Apparently all staff in her department were "closing" she couldn't find my information OR THE REFERRAL. If you care about your loved maybe try somewhere else that doesn't give excuses so they can clock out 45 minutes earlier than their actual closing time. I had never had such a terrible experience in aduaqate care.

I have a mammogram appointment I arrive 15 minutes before 2:45 I'm appointment it was 3 pm all windows are closed ! they sent me check in with other windows I wait in line 30 minutes when I got the reception she told to go back to the other window because they are going to open I wait 15 more minutes to check in they told me they mark me not show up mark late ! 45 minutes waiting and they didn't want to see they want to reschedule my appointment . don't come here they wait your time they not organized at all

apparently express care is no care at all. worst experience with a dr. cervantes. examined my mouth/throat with a cell phone. told me to continue taking a prescription from months ago for an infection! there were 1-2 pills left. my entire left face was swollen and i was in extreme pain. the 3-5 minute appointment was an absolute waste. i went home with nothing, except for another appointment elsewhere.

I experienced good customer service and the doctors thoroughly explained my TB test that they were about to test me for.

I was in and out there to take a Quantiferon TB test. Very professional individuals with good customer service skills. Thoroughly explained to me what my TB test was.
