The front desk staff was kind and professional. Nola came and got me from the waiting room and introduced me to her staff, asked me a little bit about what was going on and let me know that her AuD would take care of me. Her AuD, John, was also very professional and helped me understand the tests and my results. They seemed to care about both my audio struggles and finding a resolution.

Had a wonderful recent experience at Advanced Audiology (AA). Called to make an appointment per a referral from my ENT Dr. They had an appointment opening 2 days later. They sent me their New Patient paperwork which I filled out and returned via email. When I arrived for my 9am appointment, all I had to do was cover my Copay and I was set to go. The Audiologist was a very nice young man who was thorough and easy to work with. He understood what my issue was and tested me accordingly. Great office, friendly staff, easy access.

Advanced Audiology has been great! Nola was professional and knowledgeable. She has a lot of experience for my type of hearing loss due to my profession. Nola explained things extremely well. The office staff are great and there is not a clinic feel. Nola also adjusts and fits me for my hearing aids; it was not a technician. That was very important for me.
