Took my daughter for acne. The “Dr.” walked in, didn’t introduce herself or ask any questions at all, recommended Accutane for a year (without any real explanation), and that was that. It was a terrible experience and we wont be back.

I informed my Dr that my brother had just died of skin cancer " interesting" was her reply I was deeply offended that she treated my family tragity as an " Inresting " addition to my medical history instead of expressing some humanity about it.I did NOT expected her to start weeping but a simple " I m sorry " seems appropriate

This location was very quick with getting me an appointment as well as when I went in for my procedure. The Doctor answered all questions or concerns I had and the procedure was done before I knew it. There was no pain and she made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. Very quick and easy. Generally amazing experience! Easy parking, beautiful office, I got seen within minutes of my appointment start time. The doctor (Juana) knew exactly what I had and got a prescription going immediately. They were definitely the best healthcare experience I've had in the last year.
