I can't say enough things about City of Hope, Santa Clarita. Dr Lin, my gynecological oncologist, Terri at the front desk and all of the support staff. When I first met them 6 years ago, I credit their quick actions for not only saving my life, but preserving the quality as well. Their intervention was so quick, I didn't even need to have radiation or chemotherapy. Still coming for my checkups, and celebrate every time I receive good news. Thank you, Dr Lin, Terri and team. I feel so blessed to have you in my life
Don’t call this place if you think you have cancer it doesn’t matter, they won’t even make a consultation with you unless you’re white. They discriminate against all religions that are not Jewish and will say that you don’t qualify for services no matter what insurance you have.
For scheduling/Santa Clarita office. Just looked up Yelp and found another post here today that mirrors our experience. Basically a couple of hours of wasted time getting the run-around over two days, promised a call back to make appointment for hematology never happened. We made an appointment with UCLA instead instantly. This is a black eye for the COH brand.
This is specific for their appointment/scheduling department. Horrible horrible process to just get an appointment to be seen by a urologist. I already have my authorization so you would think all I had to do was make a call and set up appointment. No!!!!! Spent 44 minutes first day on the phone with their scheduling and billing department. They took all my information: medical history, authorization, insurance everything!!! Then gave me appointment 2 months out but said once I have my intake phone apt with the nurse next day she can move the appointment up. Hmm ok???? Spend another 35 minutes with the nurse on the phone. She again took all my medical history and then said "unfortunately in my system it shows that billing department has your authorization as pending approval. Therefore I cannot give you an earlier appointment". Really??? This is how you take care of your patients? I was in the hospital 2 days ago and should not have to jump through hoops for one apt!!!! Went as far as emailing them the copy of authorization which they received and they still can't get me an appointment. Shame on the system. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Did I mention they also mailed me via fedex more intake forms? Insane!!!!!
Very caring, understanding and friendly doctors, nurses and staff. I completed my chemo treatments with stellar results. I couldn't have asked for more or to be in better hands.
Dr. Seth Cohen was very kind. He thoughtfully listened to my concerns and addressed them according. His staff was also very kind and attentive to follow up care and outside referrals.
Trying to get treatment for my mother was ridiculous. They had no consideration for her diabetes and recommended different medications and diets that either didnt help at all or caused her complications. With no help or better recommendations ultimately my mom ended up in the emergency room and almost died. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
Horrible.....they tell you to show up 30 minutes early 1 hour 45 minutes later still no doctor. Very inconsiderate.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
