Exer Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

My visit took quite longer than I thought but I am looking for a caring doctor and the doctors in this clinic are caring.

Worst urgent care I have ever been to. The staff especially the receptionist and the nurse taking vitals is completely unprofessional. No one on the staff including the PA listens to anything you tell them. They think they know it all and when you tell them why your there they complete ignore what you told them. Don't go in for breathing issues like I did they said you should of gone to the ER to be seen if you want fast service. Bottom line they just don't care. Horrible place avoid at all cost. There is no score lower than the one I put but that facility is a minus zero.

Condescending and rude. I brought my husband in because he has been sick and his doctor didn't have any openings and he said to go to an urgent care. My husband was having hard time breathing and was dizzy. It took almost an hour to get back to a room. We are the only ones here and the doctor taking her time coming in to see my husband. The front staff was rude to me and the nurse wanted to overlook me. Ignored me totally asking my husband about his medication and symptoms. I'm trying to tell the nurse everything but she ignored me and kept asking my husband. My husband usually leaves it up to me. So Rude.

I went to Exer because you can't get an appointment with UCLA here i Santa Clarita, it's always a three month wait. So i decided to go to Exer for my Pre-op appt. I was pleasantly surprised, the office was immaculate, the decor was amazing and the staff was so nice. I had a bit of a wait because I had labs done, in house, imagine that and got my results right then and there. I had X-rays and EKG. This place is fully equipped. I would definitely go back there and I didn't have to wait. No appt necessary. Too bad I can't make this location my primary care provider.

Sunday morning, home alone, sanding some wood, and a huge splinter goes completely through my index finger. Went to Exer Care to remove it. Person at the desk was so kind and helpful, because it was my dominant hand. Waited about 10 minutes before I was taken back and examined. Physician was very clear on treatment strategy. Despite what could have been problematic, she managed to remove it. Technician cleaned and bandaged it, and I was out in about 45 minutes, extremely relieved.

My 3 year old was running a fever. They were really nice and patient with him. Played stich while he was in the waiting room. Also gave him a popsicle and a small toy. He will go back forsure without fighting me again with no problem. Whole experience was awesome. Thank you

My visit to Exer Urgent Care was extremely pleasant. My first impression was that my physical was going to be an all day thing...but I was so so wrong. The medical staff worked as a team and showed compassion, empathy, we're very professional, extremely kind and from what I saw treated every patient like if it was one of there own family members.....like the way they would want to be treated....it was so pleasant to be around such caring medical professionals.....thank you so much Denise, Teneisha and Dr. Katzberg.....you girls are truly heroes in my book.....thanks again and stay safe 🙏🙏🙏.... Today is not the first day I come the Exer , every time I do , all stuff are very friendly but yet professional . They make you feel at home which is what you want when you are not feeling your best . Thank you Exer

Staff is rude, zero sense of urgency, made me get back in line after waiting an hour because they forgot to input signatures on their end. Honestly do not recommend, go to another location
