Patient beware. This practice has a serious operations problem that they refuse to acknowledge or address. They will get your information wrong, they NEVER answer the phone. They will not answer the phone when a provider calls them and if you are in a program that helps you receive expensive medication, you will be kicked out due to Zero communication with this office and their other office. They will not call back when they promise to. If you call to make an appointment with your Doctor, they will give an excuse that he is unavailable and they promise to call back to schedule when he has an opening, they will try and pawn you off to the other staff members and not the Doctor you signed up to be treated by. Edit: Called again for several days with no answer. Went to the office in Newhall to complain about being dropped from a prescription program and how it is affecting my life. While in the office, I called the office to see their process. Every call went unanswered right in front of me. The receptionist acted like this was a new thing. I have filed a complaint with the state medical licensing board.

Gena is super friendly and gave me great suggestions for my rosacea and sensitive skin. Thank you Gena for all your help! I enjoyed my facial. My skin feels very refreshed and the redness on my face was reduced by a lot. I also highly recommend her! :) Rosalinda is very nice, welcoming and great at handling the scheduling! :)

Dr. Chris is incredible! I have been to him regarding both medical and anti-aging, from acne to botox to a terrible allergic reaction from a spider bite and he is always remarkable. I recently went home to NY, where I have 4 sisters, my mother's nurse thought I was the "baby," I am the oldest! Thank you Dr. Chris!!! I can not recommend him highly enough, the staff is so wonderful and amazing, it's always a treat to go to the offices!

The staff are really great here and take the awkwardness out of having your physical appearance examined. My monthly facials seem to rejuvenate my skin.

I have been going to Faces Dermatology for years. I highly recommend Dr. Chris Towery and his entire staff to my family and friends. I always receive the best care and service for all my dermatology needs. Rosalinda is always friendly and a pleasure to work with when scheduling all my appointments. Gena is an incredible aesthetician who has helped to rejuvenate my skin. Her facials, skin treatments, and microneedling procedures have made my skin healthy, glowing and beautiful. Dr.Chris is caring, listens to my needs, and is always accessible for care. He provides outstanding medical care when giving laser treatments. I also get wonderful advice for skin care products that are available at Faces. Thank you for providing the best skin care possible!

I have been a patient for over 1 year and absolutely love it. The entire staff is amazing, from the moment you walk in you will be greeted by Rosalinda's lovely smile. Gena the aesthetician is so knowledgeable, I get regular facial with her, she gives the best recommendations on skin care, she is the reason why I am such a loyal patient of Faces.
