I was asked to get a covid test. I had beem sickall week end . I had an appointment coming up on Tuesday. When i got to copper jill to have my ear washed. I answered their questions and told the girl. I did not have covid. My trst came up Nagative. She told me towait. She came out and told me to go home and to quarantine for 120 days. That it must of been a faults nagative. I told her my dr. Had told me to come in. She needed to call him. She went in came out and repeated the quarantine to go home stay in for 120 days. Well I cancelled all my up coming appointments including phycical therapy. texted my doctor. On wenesday the supervisor called me.Although she had fixed it I still haved had my ear fixed. Didnt go back to physical therapy either. She did occer to remake my appointments. Which is a pain in the neck. I did decline. That was in early April. I have an appointment with my doctor May 3.Sonce that issue I fell from a ladder mid April. I was transported to Henry Mayo. Was sent home. I have had a really bad headache since then and will.not drive my reaction time is slow..Facey uses Holy Cross. I had told them to take me to Holly Cross. When I was amost at the hospital the paramedic said"opps she not suppose to go here". But I was there and they checked me out.I have several complants. But, i have a great Dotor. The sysyem is just messed up.
I went there yesterday, May 6, with a hand laceration. My son went in and advised the staff and because of the virus situation the came out to the car. The first two ladies were equipped to deal with my situation but the the third woman decided to stick her nose in and said they were not going to do anything for me because, and I quote, “he has no level of established care here” whatever that means. This despite the fact I was treated there before less than two months ago. So I was turned away. If it’s something serious, choose wisely. Don’t make an unnecessary trip to Facey, you may encounter the same fool I did
Had appointmen at 2pm and front lady told me to wait out side and waited till 230pm she didnt ask my name and they already send messages on my land line to come for physical check up and blood test. I have lump on my arm and high in sugar..now i have another appointmen in october 1..i dont know what i do with my lump and sugar..
Careful who you get a shot from they do not even have enough training to do it correctly and it's not hard
Great, well-run office with courteous and helpful staff.
Our family has been going here for years now. Dr. Do for kids and Dr. Asuncion for adults and must say they both the best in the business.
Awful place. Avoid if you can.
I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I am with Dr. Sepanian. Here's our story: Our baby was born in October 2018 and had the required state screening done which checks for numerous issues that could be wrong.During our first visit with Dr. Sepanian, she was doing the regular checks, then she threw us a curveball and said we need to go over an abnormality that showed up on the screening, but she's going to give us a few minutes to dress our baby and she'd be back. Seriously, you're going to say that and then walk away for a few minutes? Immediately my wife and I start freaking out.She comes back to say the screening showed that our child had SCID (Severe combined immunodeficiency). She stated our child didn't have an immune system and would be like the kid in the Bubble Boy movie where he wouldn't be able to have contact with anyone. I asked if it was curable, she stated it wasn't. I asked if it was something that he'd live with for the rest of his life, and she said he would. Dr. Sepanian stated our child would need to go into the hospital every week for the rest of his life to get shots that would temporarily give an immune system. My wife and I leave and we breakdown in the parking lot. The future that I had envisioned for my child was completely destroyed. The thought of my kid being Bubble Boy for the rest of my life crushed us.Dr. Sepanian says we are to see an expert Immunologist at Children's Hospital for further analysis (this doctor has seen more SCID patients than any other doctor in the US). Our appointment with Dr. Sepanian was on a Thursday, and we didn't see the Immunologist until Monday (how do you think those few days went for our family?).The Immunologist stated that our child's T-Cell count was a little low, but definitely did not have SCID. Immediately a weight was lifted off our shoulders...our child was not going to be Bubble Boy like Dr. Sepanian stated. I told the immunologist what Dr. Sepanian stated - in a few words, he was shocked and stated she couldn't have been more incorrect about SCID. SCID is absolutely curable (especially when caught early which ours would have been). Our child would not have needed to go in weekly for shots. At the end of the day, our screening did show the possibility of SCID, but Dr. Sepanian should have stated that there's a possibility of having it but further testing would need to be completed. For her to go on and on about Bubble Boy, not curable, shots every week for life was completely unnecessary and wrong. Our family was crushed for several days and we shouldn't have been. Dr. Sepanian should have referred to the expert in the field, but instead she took it upon herself to give false information to us.Needless to say we will never be seeing Dr. Sepanian again.
I have been going here for 20+ years. Never had a bad experience.
Dr Dasiey Markley is amazing she doesn't miss a thing her staff is polite and friendly

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
