Been to the Canyon Country urgent care twice and was turned away. First time my husband had chemical burns, they said they don't treat that there and sent us away. Today I took my daughter for abdominal pain and was turned away because they had a meeting until 10:30. What is this place for? Not to help people that's for sure

Do not go to the urgent care in Valencia, they ask questions as if your lying, or they just don't want to be bothered. No organization seems like they just opened but doubt it. I drove from Lancaster, should have just gone to Mission Hills.

I went to this place to get new frame the lady didn’t help me at all poor customer service she put back to me her role n told me to ask my size from my last optician that she couldn’t find the color of the glass I showed her or I buy the frame from outside . It’s horrible not a resourceful lady .Unfriendly environment too much hassle to handle . I walked out. It’s not worth of this kind place for me .Don’t try to experience what I had . Look the 4-5’s stars rated .

This place is horrible most Facey facilities are ever since the Obamacare and the doctors leaving that we're good to Providence taking over they drop the ball from the staff to the doctors. This place is just as bad as Kaiser. Be careful these people let you die here

Multiple times I’ve called to schedule an appoint and the receptionists are so unbelievably rude.

Called to schedule an app for my children. The person who picked up the phone sound as if she hates her job she sound lazy, she continued to place me on hold for no reason. Maybe they should retrain there customers service department so that patients could have a way better over the phone experience.
