A fantastic bedside manner, the staff is very nice, and the office is immaculate. My issue was diagnosed and treated successfully.

Dr. Sender is pretty flippant and dismissive when talking about issues. I felt almost like I was bothering him about asking questions about things. But, I figured he must know what he's doing.Went in to have a surgical procedure in march to relieve pain, and he messed it up.Now it hurts worse than before and when I try to contact their office it's nothing but a bunch of hoops, being told one thing by one person, another by someone else. Getting transferred to voicemails then they don't pick up when you call right back.I'm done. Going to another Doctor to try to get this repaired.

I don't know what happened. I took my test medications for 2 weeks, returned at my appointment time & there was a sign about being closed till further notice. That was 6 mos ago & no one has ever called me to follow up.

I have a ZERO rating for Mark Sender. My dad had prostate cancer and was a patient of Mark Sender's. My dad had issues and Mr Sender recommended a Botox injection for frequent urination. A month later my dad fell very ill and was hospitalized where he passed away 3 weeks later. I had to have a private autopsy done and my dad passed because of a blockage in his urethra which then caused a blood infection due to this procedure. Because my dad had underlying conditions there was nothing I could do. Mr Sender never called to even check in on any of us. I highly do NOT recommend this man for your urology services. His procedure killed my father!!!
