Urgent Care is an utter joke. How can you have one doctor in staff to handle all the cases? A lunch hour is need so what zero people get seen? Second time leaving without being seen. Pcp's are great, but there is no urgency at this facility.

Horrible service the staff is rude the wait is 4 plus hours long. They offer video visits after 5 pm no matter what’s wrong. No one cares about patient health here. Los Angeles ucla offices are much better

I started coming here to establish care with a primary care doctor (PCP). Every few years my PCP changes as the resident changes. Not sure how I would establish care in such case. I do love that my medical records are at my fingertips using My Chart, so I know my history. I am giving 2 stars for my visit today and overall care thus far. I went in to get my 2nd shingles dose. I did not realize that Medical Assistants are now allowed to give injections. I am used to Licensed Vocational Nurses providing injections. That wasn’t a major concern. I wanted my Blood Pressure read and was told that it can not be done unless it is ordered! As an RN, I have never heard that a doctor has to order Vital Signs. Isn’t this basic healthcare 101 to ensure your patients are stable? I decided to take my own blood pressure because my UCLA cardiologist wants me to monitor my pressure. It’s beside myself how healthcare is no longer patient centric and more money centric. I’m so close to changing to Providence Healthcare.

I saw Dr. Travis Shiba an ear nose throat specialist with UCLA regarding breathing problems I was having. It was determined that I needed sinus surgery to correct the issue and I had the surgery last Friday. Dr. Shiba is a great doctor as well as surgeon and is very skilled. I would recommend him to anyone needing similar diagnosis and treatment.

Sarah the nurse refused to make me an appointment. She is very rude and negligent. Don’t bother going here.
