Called on March 30, 2023 for first available appointment with Dr. Calciano. First available appointment was July 26. Yep, 4 months away. (I asked if that was July 2023 or July 2024.) Although he has great reviews, who cares if it takes 4 months to get an appointment that would probably last no more than 15 minutes. I have a skin aliment that is getting worse. Can't wait 4 months, 6 months, or a year for it to get worse before seeing doctor. Four months to get first available appointment is probably not viable for anyone.

Dr Andrew calciano is an amazing dermatologist, he knows his stuff! He's super friendly and has always helped when I need skin care treatments or what not. I highly recommend him to any one with skin problems

My husband and I have both visited Dr Calciano regularly for years. We both agree he's the most thoughtful, attentive, conscious and skilled dermatologist out there! We're old, we baked in the sun in the 1960's and need him on our care team! Our adult daughter is going to see him Tuesday, "Oh honey, if that isn't healing you better show Dr Calciano!" "I've got an appointment, don't worry mom".

Dr. Calciano has been my dermatologist for decades. In 2010 he biopsied a site which proved to be a melanoma. His office contacted me immediately and I was in his office to discuss options (including a referral to UCSF) that same day. As I knew him to be a skilled physician, I elected to have him do the surgical procedure. He stayed after hours to perform the surgery. His concern and excellent communication was reassuring. My examinationsare always very thorough and and I appreciate his calm focus each time.Dr. Calciano is an excellent dermatologist and receives my highest recommendation.

Dr. Calciano has been my derm man for over 20 years. A lifetime in the sand and ocean, I have provided him with a lot of work. He is an incredibly skilledpractitioner for both office treatment and mohs surgery. But just as important, he is a kind and caring physician who listens attentively andnever seems rushed even though that next patient is waiting in another room. In other words, you the patient feel valued in the medical process.Yep, every four months for 20 plus years, Andrew has treated me well. I highly recommend him
