List of Anne Marie Jackson's Reviews
This Doctor is woefully under-appreciated. She is not simply an amazing physician, she is an exemplary human. If you're one of her patients, I congratulate you for discerning excellence.
I love Dr Jackson and all that she does for me. My biggest complaint is that it takes at least a week or more to get my prescriptions refilled. This is not once or twice but consistently. I have been a patient for many years and it doesn't seem to be getting better. It is very frustrating and I have to call and follow up on a regular basis. This is not a Covid related issue. This has been happening for a much longer period of time.
This review is for Dr. Cheryl Edwards. I did not find her name her so I thought I'd write one here.I had my second appointment with her. Absolutely excellent knowledge, bedside manner and just warm personality. She made me feel at ease. I felt like I had known her for years. I know she is at the hospital a lot however, we need more physician's like her. I strongly urge you to schedule an appointment with her. She is upbeat, kind great sense of humor and very concerned with my health. She listens, explains what she is doing, what options are available etc. Dr. Edwards OB/GYN is outstanding.
This doctor gave someone four times the amount of hormone needed to have a chemical abortion and put her into a grand maul seizure . It was a simple mistake with devastating consequences and the girl continues to have seizures to this day .
I love Dr. Jackson. My experience with her was good. I felt that she really cared about me and I felt safe and comfortable with her. I am glad that when I searched for an OB-GYN doctor, I found the medical group she works for and that when I made my appointed I was given Dr. Jackson for my appointment. I am so grateful that it was Dr. Jackson. Thank you, so much Dr. Jackson. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Dr. Jackson is warm and compassionate; she strikes a nice balance between being personal and professional. I have been her patient for many many years, and I trust her completely. I rely on her skill and her judgment, and she has been supportive of my own preferences.
For 10 years I suffered from pain. I was seen by several different Dr.'s and had numerous procedures without resolving the issue. I received a recommendation to see Dr. Jackson. She met with my husband and I and spent a great deal of time in the initial meeting listening to both of us and learning about my symptoms. She came up with a plan to try and find the source of the pain by going in with a scope and looking. She found the issue, treated it and I have been pain free ever since. Thank you!
Well we'll well..... Santa Cruz county has one doctor who is excellent in her field? I made an apt 6 months ago ..one week before the apt, I am notified that there is an emergency and i have to wait another 8 weeks before i can see her... and I am lucky because her new patients have to wait until August to see her. After reading the other reviews i realize that my chances of getting another cancellation call is pretty good... I am going to find someone that is not overbooked and has a nicer more professional staff.
I would not recommend her! She cut my bladder (uterine laproscopic surgery) thinking it was a fibroid cyst! On top of this, she told me while I was coming out of the effects of anesthesia; not a very lucid moment for me. She later called her mistake a 'complication'. Watch out!!!
Warning: may be tmi - skip through to the last section for a general feeing First let me start off with saying that by the time I was sitting in Dr. Jacksons stirrups I had been told by three other obgyns that i was never going to have children due to my situation. I have all the anatomy for it but it's just duplicated and most of the responses I got were "it will kill you if you get pregnant" "you will always miscarry" "you'll have to be on bed rest for 6 months" and the best one "you'll never be able to have children." Needless to say I sat there with no hopes of hearing anything different and I was dreading the exam because they are always super uncomfortable. This visit was just to see if I could get a surgery so that I could use a tampon normally and make having my monthly visitor go much more smoothly. So as we sat talking I began to ease up and feel like I was talking to a long-time friend. She informed me (mind you my jaw dropped) that I was going to be able to have children and that the risks that I would have would be those that someone with one set of parts would have. This was mind blowing and I almost cried. To think that for the past four years (I was 18 when I was first told about my situation) I had thought I would never be able to have kids (the one thing I wanted more than anything) and now I have a chance was just unthinkable. We finished our general conversation and I got ready for the exam and to my surprise was the easiest and most comfortable exam. She used the right duck-bill!! No unnecessary pain followed because the right speculum was used. So we finished up the appointment and I was scheduled for my MRI and surgery with in the week. The surgery had been something I was dreading. Mainly because I had never gone under the knife and I'm terrified of being made to go to sleep because I am afraid I'll never wake up. I went into the surgery suite got situated and had a very pleasant experience. It's 6am and I'm not a morning person yet the people around me made me happy and smiley. I went into the surgery room and from then on I don't remember anything (thank god because I was also fearing the chance I wouldn't be sedated enough). I woke up to very friendly faces and woke up without feeling like I was wasted from a night of hard core college partying. Needless to say I love dr. Jackson and the team that stands by her side. The nurses and the office staff are very kind. Having dr. Jackson as my obgyn makes having to go to a obgyn not a chore anymore and something rather to look forward to because I love talking to dr. Jackson. If I could sit in her office and just be able to chat with her btwn paitients I would but because that's really weird i obviously can't. Dr. Jackson is the type of person that i would like to have as a long term friend. I'm gonna say it again I LOVE Dr. Jackson.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
