Very helpful staff, planning to have micro lumbar disc surgery soon, staff kept asking if I had any questions about my upcoming surgery, and when there was an issue with my insurance, they worked extra hard to get to the solution even staying over late and coming in early to call Anthem. I'm a RN at Dominican Hospital and she is the back doctor most of the staff uses, that says something. The guy in another review that said he had cervical fractures and had a bad experience, first of all, he would be paralyzed if he truly had cervical fractures. I think he's mistaken lol.

I highly recommend Dr. Harraher! I was in so much back pain. She took me into surgery right away, and fixed the problem. The office staff was very friendly and helpful, which helped put me at ease. I feel very fortunate that she was my surgeon!

Dr Ciara Harraher performed a Microdiscectomy on me for a herniated disc in March of 2021 and there was instant relief after what was 30 days of unbearable pain radiating from my r-glute to my toes. Initially my primary care physician thought the pain was caused by sciatica, which has similar symptoms, but once I determined physical therapy wasn't improving my situation, he referred me to Dr Harraher who identified the problem, provided the best solution, and her team got me in for her to do surgery almost immediately. I went into Dominican's Surgery Center an absolute mess and walked out of there a new person!I can't give Dr Harraher enough kudos on her bedside manor, her staff's attentiveness, and the fantastic results from my microdiscectomy. I'm in my 7th week of physical therapy at Precision and my painless recovery is absolutely awesome!I was super active prior to the herniated disc but had to completely stop because of pain. Additionally, I was only sleeping about 3 hours per night on average and after a month of lack of sleep and no physical activity I was a shell of a person. Now I'm in a great mood, I'm sleeping 7 hours a night, and back to living life to post herniated disc, pain free... riding my bike again, taking long walks, and performing all my normal activities effortlessly, plus I'm way more fun to be around for my family!Thanks so much Dr Harraher, Viana, and Megan! Dr. Harraher and her team performed a laminecotmy on me February 12, 2021. I could not be more pleased. I'm back walking pain free with no restrictions. Utterly professional and humane staff and physician.

I received amazing care from Dr. Harraher! She is incredibly skillful, competent, compassionate, and caring! She explains things extremely clearly and thoroughly and provides care very quickly. I was in excruciating pain from a herniated disk when I was referred to her office and after her amazing care, I am almost pain free! Her office has a team of incredible healthcare providers, including an amazing Clinical Coordinator and an equally amazing Nurse Practitioner, who are extremely knowledgeable, super helpful, and very compassionate. Overall, I received exemplary care from Dr. Harraher and her team! I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Harraher for the care I received and I highly recommend her!

I had an excellent experience with the entire staff of Dr. Harraher. They were highly informative and reassuring about the surgery I needed. They clearly answered all of my questions--and I had many. Post surgery follow-up has been great as well. When I was "shopping" for an excellent spinal surgeon, I heard nothing but rave reviews and positive outcomes from folks who had been Dr. Harraher's patients. I give her and her entire team my highest recommendation!

The office staff were some of the most rude people I've ever interacted with in a doctor's office. At times I was talking to them rather than the actual doctor about my medical condition - very unethical. They always acted put out and unprofessional. I did not have doctor's undivided attention. This was a 2nd opinion. She didn't offer a clear diagnosis but proposed some possible issues. She suggested an experimental procedure she had never done on a live patient before. I was hesitant but needed relief. Insurance denied the request at first for not providing evidence of conservative treatment or imaging documentation of the problems which she clearly had. Three levels of appeals and still denied. There was no follow up directly with doctor but only a rude call from office staff about not knowing what to do next and that if insurance didn't approve that, they wouldn't approve anything. I finally went for third opinion in Los Angeles, the surgeon quickly and clearly pinpointed the issues, suggested a common surgery to correct the problems, and I got insurance approval immediately.

She misdiagnosed my spinal cord injury at the C 4 5 6 and 7 and a herniated discs in lumbar,She told me there was nothing wrong with me. After seeking second opinions we came to find out the neck was broken. I was mistreated by this doctor and she assumed I wanted pain medicine and treated me as such.
