I'm super impressed with Dr. Ferzoco and the staff at this office. They obviously are pretty busy treating patients who wish they weren't at the oncologist to begin with. But, that doesn't stop them from being right on top of things the moment you walk in the door. They greet you by name and have paperwork all ready for you. Plus, there's never more than a minute or two before they get you back into a room to see your doctor. For me, that's Dr. Ferzoco, who is prompt and friendly and looks you right in the eye when you're talking. She certainly knows what she's doing and shows genuine interest and caring for your well-being. I really like how they all seem to click so well working together, that even with their workload, they manage to maintain a light and friendly atmosphere that's super efficient, with just the right mix of great patient care while getting you in and out of there quickly. Because, really, who wants to spend any more time than necessary in the oncologist's office?
