My main concern is for the staff that is assigned to the urgent care. They are being asked by management to deal with an impossible situation. These are URGENT CARE patients being asked to wait hours and hours to see a provider. The other alternative is the Dominican ER. That’s not a choice. That is the reason for the high cost of healthcare. Why send an ear infection or persistent cough to take up space needed for heart attacks and auto accidents. Fix this!!!! It’s not good for the community.

Thank you Sutter Urgent Care. I came in late at 6:15 pm and got an appointment at 7:45. I was pretty sick and so thankful. Huge THANK YOU to Dr. Jill Lauren for seeing me and not turning me away. Dr. Lauren has great bedside manner. Explained all of the after care instructions and I am super impressed. Thank you again

Although it is no longer "walk in" Urgent Care, when I was finally seen, the doctor, Dr. Molinar, was so nice, so competent, so concerned. He made me feel seen and heard. Very important!

Urgent care for cut finger(7 stitches) saw /dealt with 3ea plus the Mistress of Stitches(Lilia Kramer PAC) All were calming and attentive and helped calm me down and left me feeling I was in the the best of hands! Much gratitude to the Team👍🆒
