We were very impressed with the details and extra information that Cristina Brady PA gave us. If she ever becomes a primary care Doctor, we would love to have her as our Doctor.

I got a right ureteral stent placement yesterday at Stanford hospital and was sent home without any pain meds. They usually only recommend over the counter meds but I also have stage 4 endometriosis so my abdomen is already very sensitive. I was sent home in agonizing pain and none of my doctors wanted to give me any meds no matter how much I begged. I came here to hopefully get some relief and they immediately put me in a wheelchair and I was wheeled back in less than 10 min. The doctors were all very sweet and you could tell they actually care about their patients well-being. They gave me multiple options on how to manage my pain and eventually gave me the pain meds I needed. I also had some lab work done while I was there and the phlebotomist was amazing. I didn’t even feel her poke me and she provided apple juice due to me because I was feeling dizzy. So glad to know there’s still healthcare workers that genuinely care about you. Thank you Erica Brown and the other doctor sadly didn’t catch her name. Great service here would give 10 stars if I could

I made an on-line appt at Sutter Urgent Care - Westside the day before, and was shown in immediately when I arrived. I received prompt, helpful, friendly service, including a urinalysis and a diagnosis of a UTI - and a needed prescription for an antibiotic. WHAT PAMF NEEDS TO DO BETTER: Let its patients know that Sutter Urgent Care - Westside is open 7 days a week from 9-5. It would have saved me needless suffering on a Sunday, and saved a needless trip to the Main Clinic Urgent Care on Monday, where I was told the wait would be 3+ HOURS - from 2:45 to 6 pm!!! Why didn't the Main Clinic Urgent Care suggest I try Westside?? I had to find that out for myself, and finally got the help I needed on Tuesday. I've been a PAMF patient for 24 years. I usually get much better service!

Dr Leila Kramer was very professional, thorough, yet caring and comforting. All staff were great too. I got my head trauma stitched up and was sent to main clinic for a CT scan which was normal.

check-in was simple, easy and quick. Nurse and X-ray tech were friendly and knowledgeable. PA made assessment and discussed best medications for treatment. Smooth and efficient process.
