Always go with your gut, if the medical assistant is not wearing gloves and sticks his finger into your child's mouth, this is unacceptable.  Doctors are busy but should always be courteous, and polite, and should not take the side of their staff when clearly something has gone wrong.  I don't care if they were an M.D. in Mexico or France, the truth is they should know better. Would you let a doctor or assistant stick their finger in your child's mouth, I don't care if they said they washed their hands, how would you know.  After all your insurance pays doctors  A LOT of money and you pay for that insurance premium or tax payers, however, with that said, doctors have ethical standards to live by, they know this but think their patients are the ignorant and they tend to be narcissists, they feel because they save lives, they are God like, tsk tsk.  Always, do what you know is right for your child, question the doctor, if you don't feel comfortable with the way the pediatrician or their staff treat your precious baby, child, young adult, don't stand for it, speak up or go elsewhere, where they know how to treat you and your children.  A child needs your protection, don't let an ignorant physician inflict pain or discomfort to you or your family.

I love dr Winkler her and her staff are so nice she is a great dr really takes care of her patients

I’m a new momma of twins and I was so nervous and cautious of my first visit to a pediatrician. I found dr winkler and read reviews and decided to switch to her practice, and I have to say dr winkler and all her staff exceeded my expectations. I’ve even had to just call in and get a referral over the phone and it was all sent seamlessly and right away. Considering when we go to see dr winkler, my girls Zuri and Zoey are so smiley during their visit I’d say they also approve. Thank you dr winkler for putting this new mama at ease we truly appreciate you and your staff!

Office is very clean, front office staff, courteous, and kind. Appointments are always available on the date I requested. However Walk in appointments are available if needed. Dr Winkler is very thorough. She answers all my questions and educate me, if anything  seem unclear to me. She straight forward and caring. My kids just love her and so do I. Thank you Dr Winkler and staff for all you do for your patients!!!

I was excited to call and book my daughter’s appointment as a new patient here. When the front desk answered she just said the Doctors name really fast and didn’t introduce herself. I asked if I can make an appointment for my daughter as a new patient, she said yes, asked how old she is and if I would like mornings or afternoon. I told her afternoons and then she said ok and she put me on hold for 15 mins! Not a good first impression. It made me think 1. They will always leave you on hold that long, 2. They’re too busy, and 3. They don’t want new patients and just put me on that long hold so I can hang up. Sad but for me this was my first impression and it deserves one star.

I am so grateful to this office as a whole . From the friendly efficient front desk staff to the MA’s to the Dr. Winkler !!! Great office I recommend

This is the first time for entire life I meet a unfair doctor I went to this women clinic for she told me that I would have a surgery she have me go to the ER and not even talk to surgeon now I got a ER bill for not receiving any care from her even the wonderful friend of hers and they send my name to collection makes up all credit this women doesn't deserve even a start she so unfair on with her license I'm wondering after making a promise of protecting and serving people a doctor is up to money with miserable people how can sleep at night I know after reading this review you still won't do nothing about it but between all your unfair services I'm sure this you don't forget about it because this money was to easy for you ,your lie will follow you everywhere evil doctor with a reasonable license . poor medical board if they even know who they released a license to people life will be safe you don't deserve zero start like a doctor
