If I could give -5 stars, I would. This place is HORRIBLE.I took my mom on Monday the 25th because she was having chest pain. We were waiting for over 30 minutes, which we expected because it was pretty crowded. Finally, a young lady called her name and she didn't let me go with them while she took my mom's vitals. My mom comes back out, tells me that the young lady said her blood pressure was good, which she found odd and so did I. We proceeded to wait another 20-25 minutes after they supposedly checked her blood pressure.When she was finally called back, they took an EKG and then a physician's assistant came in, almost let my mom go home, but checked what her blood pressure was when they checked her in and she immediately said my mom needed aspirin, nitro, and to be taken to the ER in an ambulance!The whole experience was traumatizing and I honestly think the person who took my mom's vitals should be reprimanded for their negligence. It's completely unacceptable.

Don't go through their claims department when filing for disability. Staff don't answer their phones or return calls. Thankfully Ruth in their Customer Service department was able to help me quickly.

Came in and was called in 10 min! I highly recommend this place.

If I could I would not give any stars to this facility, about a month and a half ago. I took my daughter to urgent care, because she stepped on glass and she was bleeding all over the place, she was the last patient. and I think because the Dr just wanted to go home, he glued her foot and said there was no glass and just prescribed her antibiotics for infection, a month and a half ago she was still hurting couldn't walk on her foot, took her to her pcp where he though something is in her foot, she needs to see a ortho, took her to another Dr and yes for sure she had pieces of glass in her foot not one or two, but 6 pieces. I was very upset and called the office talked to a manager named Susan , she did say all I can do is report it to payment and demand thats all. Not sure what is going to happen next, all she said was thats all I can do. I'm sorry. I really didn't feel like things were done, I guess I will sit and wait😡 very upset

I love this urgent care! I come to this location when i get a migraine attack. I am checked in, seen & treated all under an hour. Every single nurse, from check in to discharge, genuinely care about you. They are so friendly that it feels like ive known them for years. Even the doctors are amazing! The drs here dont rush out of your room, they have a genuine concern for you and try to provide relief as soon as possible. I also bring my kids here. Same thing when they are seen, we are treated with kindness, as if we have known eachother for years. I wish other dr offices & urgent cares had an ounce of PIH Urgent Care’s compassion. The best urgent care, the best nurses and the best doctors!*the ONLY downside was an experience with one doctor, an asian male dr, he said he was temp at this location, when i come for migraines i always get the imitrex injection, he said i was wrong that urgent cares dont carry that, and i kept explaining that is how pih treats me, and he kept saying i was wrong, so i said “you dont believe me? Check my records!” He did and rolled his eyes and huffed out. He still didnt wnt to give me that injection, only a Benadryl cocktail. Good thing one of the nurses spoke up.

Great service and my doc, Dr. Diaz was great. Explained what he was doing and why. They were busy but was in and out in 1 hour & 15 minutes including pharmacy service. Highly recommend..

Great doctors and amazing staff. They really make you feel like they care. The doctor explained everything so my toddler would understand and was not afraid.

50 minutes to check in , trouble front desk for Urgent desk. Totally no urgency.
