Reliant Urgent Care Sante Fe Springs's Online Review Report Card

They open at 7 am but there doctor comes in at 10 every day I wish they posted the info online instead of having ppl show up early . Other than that had one visit here and staff and doctor are really nice and helpful.

I brought my daughter in for a sports physical and the nurse practitioner, mona made my daughter who usually dosnt smile laugh. She is great with the moody teens

Went to this urgent care a little over a month ago because I had uncomfortable situation with my lady parts. The staff that checked me in the room was kind of on the aloof side but I have to give a shout out to Mona, I think she was a nurse practitioner or maybe a physician. Anyhow she was very compassionate with my situation and so down to earth. She took the time to ask me a lot of questions and reassured me that having a UTI and yeast infection together can happen and that both could be treated. This urgent care seems to very busy and Mona was going into a lot of rooms when other staff were sitting but still saw me quickly and at the end of my appointment she gave me a hug and gave me some great information about white yogurt and cranberry juice for gut health. Also parking is free! For all the sisters out there you should go here because your girl got mad respect.

My friend went here today and she has been there for 4 hours and still waiting. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. How are they even in business. I hope they go bankrupt and go out of business because at least people wouldn’t have to wait so long if they were out of business

Looking for nearby urgent care don't take health nut insurance. Bad customer service.

I am not too sure why this location has so many bad reviews. We came in for 2 covid tests (antigen) and had appointments for it. We arrived at 8:30am even tho they were scheduled for 9:00 and we were seen within 5-10 minutes. Esmeralda at the front desk was super nice and so was the guy who did the tests. We had our results in 30-45minutes.

Don't come here if you're looking for a quick process to get anything done. The front desk receptionist is rude and they don't give you your ID and insurance card back until they see you even after filling out all the paperwork. They told us it was a 2 hour wait because of COVID testing and people with appointments. The wait time to be seen was actually 3 hours in lobby and 2 1/2 hours waiting inside a room with no one coming in to provide updates. They only allow 1 person in the lobby so everyone else is outside or in their cars making parking a problem. Bottom line, they need more doctors and better staff to handle the rush of clients because this is not it. I've been coming here for a while now and this is the worst state I've seen it in.

Infinity waiting time, if you want waste your time, waste your life, you are WELCOME on board. The staff here ignore you, everyone here just trying to waste yours and their own time.

Came in because my ear bud broke off and got stuck in my ear while running. Family doc tugged at my ear which made it more swollen and then told me to go to the ER. I decided to go to Reliant at the Santa Fe location as it was closer to me than the ER. An amazing nurse practitioner named Mona saw me immediately, calmed me down, and told me not to worry. She took a medical instrument that looked like a Tweezer and removed the earbud without any pain. Kudos to Mona and the medical assistant, both were amazing! I was prescribed anti biotics to be safe and everything was great the next day. I highly recommend this place of medical experts to anyone. THANK YOU!
