List of Bruce Ourieff's Reviews
Quite knowledgeable, friendly, with a very competent staff.
He was so insightful in knowing exactly what my father needed in terms of care even though my dad’s health concern wasn’t his heart. My family and I are forever grateful for the knowledge, care, and guidance Dr. Ourieff gave.
Dr. Ourieff and his staff are quite unique. My prior cardiologist never considered attempting to get me on a PCSK9 inhibitor but after my first meeting with the Dr. we went down that path. They used Boston Heart Diagnostics which my prior cardiologist didn't use either, and the data you get from that lab is tremendous. They were generous in giving me free samples of Praluent until the insurance approved my request, and got me approved quickly which is quite amazing.
MD was Ok but office staff was not good with billing correct insurance or telling me when they no longer took my insurance and tried to make me a private pay after services were already rendered. The MD was good but did not listen to referral MD or myself with regard to meds I would not respond to so he tried to do outpatient procedures that needed me put 'out' and Versed did not work so took him over 1 hr trying to get a camera hose down my throat with no anesthesia of any kind to bi-pass the gag reflex. He was doing this in the hospital and should have called for anesthesia back up or cancelled right there and re-set the procedure or listened and read all the referral MD info about this known problem. But the fact I was dumped due to they stopped taking my ins. and only told me after seeing me in office and made me pay private pay was totally not acceptable.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
