They are very efficient here. They get to you (their patient ) and take their time with you and want the patient to know that they are just focusing their time just on you. They even offer some Prescriptions on-site at minimal costs, which helps immensely to eliminate any wait time.

I had been putting off visiting an Urgent Care because I have had terrible experiences in the past. WOW!! What a difference at Cottage Urgent Care - Santa Maria. I saw the ad's on TV and decided to try it out. Everyone was so pleasant and efficient. I stayed in my car for the entire process from checking in to diagnosis. They came to me quickly and made me feel comfortable with the process. I recommend Cottage - especially when you have had bad experiences visiting other care centers. Thank you Santa Maria team :-)

Fantastic care. When I needed to see a doc on thanksgiving weekend I got in quickly, was seen by professional friendly staff and even walked out the door with the prescription I needed.

Wonderful experience. I was in pain! They were so courteous and professional. From the Techs who checked me in to the Dr who examined me.I am a Hairstylist at Pink Blossom Salon andstand on my feet all day. Highly recommended cottage urgent care on north Broadway. With or without an appointment I’m always seen relatively quick. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Location is very clean. Always get the help I need.

Front office staff was very nice and comprehensive to our needs and although at first there was a wait they managed to get us in sooner. NP was fantastic with my son and made his fear go away and made him feel comfortable. XR Tech was very nice and had lots of patience with my son since he was freaking out. Thank-you Cottage for the great experience.

Yes Melanie Was Just a sweetheart, super helpful & made my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything to her& I.Also Mehghan Daguerre NP was such a great Dr. (Np) she listened to our concerns she told us what will help and got my daughter out of pain. This place is always helpful when we have come.
