I went today to the Cottage Urgent Care on Skyway, because I couldn't hear out of either of my ears, and I just have to say that the staff at this urgent care made my day!!! Rachel and Melissa were the sweetest most helpful ladies I have ever experienced at a doctor's office. They made it light hearted and entertaining from moment 1. Alicia Schroeder, NP laughed with us as my ear lavage was taking place and "the raisin" like plug flew out. I can not express my gratitude enough for the women at the Cottage Urgent Care on Skyway and helping me to hear again. Thank you ladies very much.

If I could if give you more stars. I appreciate the patience and care all the staff gave my daughter. This is a great place to come if you don't want to spend hours in the E. R. I love that the staff is so caring and acknowledges ones emotional feelings. This visit was for my child and I was truly happy with the treatment she received.
