Dr. Oh is a great doctor, my experience with him and his office staff are one i surely won't forget. I found him to be extremely caring and sincere. The office staff sometimes are hard to get a hold of because they are not always available by phone and you cannot leave a message. Disability paperwork seemed to take longer than it should have to be filled out, but maybe they get a lot of them. Aside from that, the reception girls are pleasant enough and seem to be experienced in what they are doing. As far as the surgery goes, it went well and i didn't have any problems. I healed well and i am happily on my way to recovery. All-in-all i am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Oh and his staff.

The worst medical records clerk you can talk to (Teresa) she was rude and unprofessional. Refused to help me by writing a message to Dr.Oh per my request. She was so rude she even hung up the phone on me telling me "she wouldn't deal with it anymore" she has no professional manners over the phone doesn't let you speak and refuses to help gets into personal issues instead of focusing on her job. I totally will have to see a different surgeon after this. The worse experience I've ever had when dealing with my health. She is not compassionate at all or even had the skills to speak to you on the phone even after you are explaining your health situation to her. Needing surgery is not a game lady!!! Super upset with this treatment I received from her and for sure won't recommend anyone there.

Dr Oh not only was compassionate and patient, he thoroughly investigated the entirety of my illness prior to doing any immediate surgery to ensure my aftercare and healing wasn’t affected. He listens to his patients, which is EXTREMELY important. I couldn’t have been matched with a more professional Dr. thsnk you Dr Oh

His front girl is unprofessional and rude. She lacks skill in problem solving and was unable (refused to do at request post operated patient) 2 contact the physician covering for while Dr Oh was vacation. Additionally it was noted she was unable correlate the date with the day week during prior visits. When corrected or asked for clarification she becomes passively rude. Yuk!

Dr ho had a horrible bedside manner he is treating my daughter who yes uses heroin and deeply hurt herself with severe infection in both arms damage is severe during 2nd dressing change he told her in 2 to 3 days he will put her back on street also said ahe deserves her pain in so many words she was inconsolable its scared her so bad wth Dr Oh Wth is wrong wirh you ahe is sick very sick what happened to do no harm and keeping you personal feeling aside ahame on you for truly hurting and scarring her shame on you
