I am going to give Dr.Levy a 5 star because of the service he has provided to me. It wouldn't be fair to give him a bad rating because of his staff's rudeness. I called in on 6/29/21 at 12pm and the lady that answers the phone calls under option "0" was helping me with an appointment. I understand he is going on vacation and according to this lady they had to reschedule over 400 patients. I totally get it but that is no reason for her to change her tone with me sounding agitated and rude with her sudden tone. Also, as I confirmed my appointment with her she didn't bother giving me a time, just a date. That is when I knew this lady has no respect for Levy's patients in her professionalism as she was ready to click on me without giving me a time an d her sudden tone change. I was never rude to her just questioning if I can get an earlier appointment date. You deserve the best staff Dr.Levy just keep an eye on your staff even if they been with you a long time. It doesn't matter how long an employee has been cashing their checks from you. Ultimately, what matters is the constant/daily service they provide with your patients and exceeding them.

I have been a patient of Dr.Levy's for many years. I am very pleased with the care I receive from the Dr and his staff. I see the Dr for annual visits where he takes the time to review the progress in my health goals and address any concerns I might have. He keeps abreast of current health topics and offers a combination of traditional and holistic therapies. I am very fortunate to be a patient in the practice.

Dr.Levy is Always very caring and always makes sure all of your questions are answered before you leave. I have been going to Dr. Levy for years and even through I moved out of the area I've still been keeping him as my primary care doctor. Crazy yes but great doctors are hard to find. Yes sometimes you have to wait a bit but the BEST is worth waiting for in my book!! Thanks for your dedication Dr. Levy!!

Been going to Dr. Levy for many years. He always listens to me carefully. When I first started as his patient, he arranged for the last appt. of the day and asked about gay health issues and talked to me for 45 minutes as a learning experience. Never had a doctor do that before

When we lived in Santa Maria, CA we found Dr. Levy by accident and was so glad we did. He always listened to my husband and my concerns about our health issues and was quick to refer to any service we needed due to a medical emergency (scans, x-rays & labs). With Covid-19 awareness, he gladly treated us via Telehealth (virtual visits). I highly recommend Dr. Eric Levy as your family healthcare practitioner. He will take the best care of you and your family with a genuine interest in helping with your healthcare needs.
