From the reception , through the doctor I have been very satisfied with this facility. My concerns have been addressed, whether I call in, or I come in in person to make an appointment. Had several different doctors and clinics I've gone to in Santa Maria over a lot of years..

Farnaz is incredibly knowledgeable and cares about her patients well-being. I’m so happy to have finally found a Dr. that doesn’t just want to fix everything with pills. She is straight forward and takes her time really listening and understanding my issues and gives me the truth. Five stars from me!

Not my favorite person. You leave her office feeling down. She’s pits you down and wants to force vaccines, meds and testing.

every time I tried to get an appointment she was never available and when I did get it they would give me a time to be there then I would show up at the time given, they would then tell me I was too late and would tell me; I had to show up 15 min before when they could've told me in the beginning. the staff in the office are so very rude. and so is she. when I have seen her, she has tried to through her belief of Covid vaccines down my throat. we all have our believes and our rights to take or refuse it. she basically started to argue with me about it. I have told her my concerns about my health and she would just tell me I'm okay and disregard it without touching the subject of why I'm there. this has been the worst Primary doctor I've had.

Consistently bad! Took blood at time of initial visit - we are post visit 5 weeks and never heard from her for results! My husband was prescribed meds and after many calls back and forth they still can't get the dosing correct for the pharmacy. We are on week 4 and day 3 of me calling the office, asking for correct dosing and a return phone call. NOTHING! I just called to check status and was told everyone has gone home. So for 3 days they don't do their job and when I tell them I need it by tomorrow - they tell me maybe they can. I will be calling my lawyer and insurance company. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE!!

Our experience with Dr. Pirayesh was such a disappointmen! Dr's take an oath to treat the ill to the best of one's ability, to preserve a patient's privacy. Apparently this dr choses otherwise. Instead she enforces her opinion around my mothers choice to get vaccinated. She did treat her though but once we left the office we could NOT get in touch wirh her or her assistant. The office staff was a reflection of her poor bedside manner. We had to rely upon the local Urgent care to assist us from there. Never again.

Dr. Pirayesh is a very straight forward MD. I chose to go to her because she is dedicated to the promotion of healthy living vs. treating with medication. I like that she is blunt and not shy about telling you how you can improve your health. I think there is great value in having an MD that truly cares about the whole picture of "you" and not just grinding you in and out. I definitely see other reviews where people may be offended by her bluntness and agree that might not be the best approach with everyone - but I appreciate it and feel she is a great fit for me.

She does not listen to her patients. I almost died from a stroke. I called the office July 2020 asked for blood work to find out what was going on with me. The answer was NO, that i wasn't ready for blood work. I hadn't seen her since January2020. I have blood work every 3 months. I changed to a wonderful nurse practitioner who saved my life. I had a stroke a week after that. I called Pirayesh to tell her what had happened to me, she wouldn't talk to me. I hope she learned her lesson!! Listen to your PATIENTS!!!

Not sure why only good reviews are visible. Dr. Pirayesh is a decent doctor as long as you do not question her. If you are heavy she will tell you to eat less food, even if you are complaining about being exhausted and that your hair is falling out. If you are upset because you are distressed about your health and frustrated by being told you have to see a specialist which might take months, she will take that personally. Go to someone nice.
