Dr. Spoo is an excellent Orthopedic specialist. He’s treated us for approximately 20 years. Our concern is the lack of follow by the office. I recently injured by shoulder .. tried to get in to see Dr Spoo. Called four times no one got back to me. Very disappointed.

Expect a wait here but all the doctors are excellent. People have reviewed about Dr Spoo's manner but he is just down to business. Explains well what you need to know. Very skilled and competent doctor

This is not my real name. I have a Patellar tendon tear that is a non workplace injury. I was told there are too many obstacles to my knee repair and Dr Devine was not interested in my case. The obstacles are the usual symptoms of any injury: swelling, pain, partial loss and complete loss of function. My knee cap moves all over the place, I can not climb stairs, and I have a tough time walking. My job is a food server and none of this was a concern. I saw Dr Jeffery Spoo next who said I need to get pain injections and a second round of physical therapy perhaps until I need a knee replacement then Central Coast Orthopedics will be interested in my case. I had tears coming out of my eyes as I limped down the hallway, I am in alot of pain and I wasted a lot of minutes sitting around in pain thinking this franchise would take my little case. I do not recommend physical therapy to anyone with a Patellar tendon tear, before therapy I walked without a limp. My knee is now nearly dysfunctional. I made a complaint to the Medical Board about the substandard of care.

Horrible bedside manner. Dr is very rude and nasty, shouted at me in the exam room. Also watched him being mean with the staff at the hospital. I don’t ever want to see him again.
