Worst office staff, extremely rude the women that work at the front desk when you check in major attitude problem, not friendly act like they are so miserable and hate there job and treat patients like dirt. will never return ill take my great insurance elsewhere!

Office staff is extremely rude with an attitude problem. They obviously dont care. They rather turn you away instead of having you see the Dr. They dont refill your medications when the pharmacy faxes them for drs authorization. Careless office staff. THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE. Ill be looking for a new MD in my area that has a more caring friendly office staff.

Dr. John Okerblom and his wonderful friendly staff set the bar high for excellence in medical management! They are committed to providing the highest quality care working closely with patients and families to support their health care needs. Dr. Okerblom is very knowledgeable, professional, and he cares deeply about his patients. He actually knows who you are and cares about your concerns. He also cares about YOU as an individual. Dr. Okerblom is the best doctor and human anyone could encounter! My mother has been Dr. John Okerblom's patient since she was 48 years-old. Dr. Okerblom has saved my mother's life several times. In every one of those vital visits, Dr. Okerblom listened and answered our questions thoroughly and honestly. My mother is an overall healthy woman thanks to Dr. Okerblom's accurate diagnosis, timely follow-up appointments, and outstanding ongoing medical management provided to her by Dr. Okerblom for the past 32 years. My mother is now 80 years-old, and I can truly write on her behalf that no one could ask for better quality medical care, or be in better hands than in the hands of Dr. John Okerblom!

Front desk staff is HORRIBLE. Office Manager Heidi does not return calls and when you finally talk to her she pawns you off on another lady named Maureen who is even worse. They use the excuse that they are short staffed but really they are just the worse front desk staff I have ever encountered for a doctors office. Never return calls or answer questions and most important get paperwork filled put when they say they will. I feel bad for the doctors that are good, but the staff up front don't care.

I have been seeing Dr. John Okerblom for several years after my previous physician was unable to explain some of my chronic symptoms. Dr. John did a careful history and exam and ordered laboratory studies and discovered a diagnosis of cold agglutinin disease. This apparently is quite rare, which explains why the other doctor did not think of it.Dr. John is a very kind and compassionate Doctor who gives me plenty of time. He seems to be able to diagnose and treat almost everything, ranging from skin concerns to orthopedic problems.He was quick to refer me for specialty care when I needed more than he could do in the office.He is the best doctor I have ever seen.

Extremely thorough and competent. Often teaches medical students and young doctors. He seems to be able to diagnose and treat almost everything. One stop shop!

My family’s doctor since 1982. Treated my mom to age 98. Caught her pulmonary embolism after it was missed by urgent care. Found her breast cancer even though mammogram was normal. Diagnosed my malaria after trip to Africa. Is compassionate, warm and friendly, . over the years he has had both good and bad staff members and sometimes I’ve waited over 30 minutes. Nonetheless, it’s worth it!

He caught my breast cancer 3 TIMES at Stage 1 with a breast exam after mammograms over 2 years showed nothing and breast exams with my surgeons showed nothing. 3 Stars doesn't reflect his diagnostic expertise, knowledge, and memory.
