I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Vanterpool and her office staff. To begin with very professional and courteous office staff. If i need a prescription filled they respond in a very timely manner. As for Dr. Vanterpool , who i have been seeing for many years, she is the best that i have had. Yes, the visits do take time, but i figure that someone else is getting the service that they need and my turn will come. You never feel like you are on an assembly line. She is very thoughtful and thorough. I have had a chronic health issue that has been extremely debilitating and frustrating which has greatly affected my lifestyle, but during each visit she continues to give me hope and encouragement. Hopefully there are other physicians out there like her.

Excellent Doctor love everything about her but really dislike the wait time. Total time from entering the office to leaving the office can be 3 hours. Make sure you schedule that much time and bring something to do while you wait.

Dr. Vanterpool is a great doctor. She is very thorough with her diagnosis and takes the time need for her patients. My three generations of my wife's family have been with Dr. Vanterpool and all of them love her. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Although at times you might wait long, Dr. Vanterpool takes her time and really makes sure that you're okay. She gives all of her patients a thorough check up.

Dr Vanderpool has been my primary care physician for 12 years. She listens to me which is very important. She takes her time with each patient so I know there will be a little wait time, which is okay with me.

I have been attended by Dr Vanderpool for three years. She provides quality time with you by explaining, processing any medical issues. I feel well care by her than from any previous primary doctors I ever had. I always have questions and she doesn't dismiss them like may drs do, so I don't feel that I'm bothering her.

This doctor has no clue what time management means. I have been frustrated with her for over a year now. However, my appointment last week she didn't even show up to the office and they had no idea where she was. I waited over an hour- they kept my copay..and I am hoping they don't try and bill my insurance. Not going back!

I had a doctors appointment with Dr. Joy on Monday April 11th. I booked this appointment about 2 months in advance. My appointment was at 10:15. I was taken into the room about 10:25. At about 10:30 they informed me she was not on site. I waited a full hour and then I inquired where she was..and they didn't really know. They did not refund my copay as I had to return to work...and we will see if they billed my insurance or not. This doctor always runs late and this time never even showedup
