I never got a chance to use their facility. On the day, I was there to drop off my paperwork, I stood outside in the rain for 20 minutes waiting for the receptionist to come outside take my paperwork and to make a copy of my medical card. About a month later, I never got a call from them so I called to make an appointment. To my dismay, they couldn't find a copy of my medical card and stated to me that I never gave them my card. That is unprofessional! Rather than taking responsibility for misplacing it, the person who takes appointments stated that it was me who didn't give them my medical card. That is BS! I remembered handing the card to a medical personnel who looked like a nurse. I have chosen not to be a patient there due to their staff of being incompetent - losing my medical card showing no reponsibility and being unprofessional about the situation. I don't recommend this facility. Obviously, I am not the only person who have had their paperwork misplaced or lost. READ ALL THE REVIEWS ON HERE. TERRIBLE WORKERS! BE AWARE! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

I love Dr. Jezierski she doesn't come out fake or too strong. Makes me feel comfortable and explains everything well. Answers all my questions and is very compassionate.

The staff and Dr's do not care for the patients. We dropped off our medical records the week prior to the appt. and they misplaced them. Called back over the next month, they dont answer the phone, return calls or anything. Will not go to this Dr again.

Bedside manner is horrible. Doctor is rushing in and out. I never would receive calls back regarding results. I would have to call them to find out. I was extremely disappointed with the practice and had to find a different doctor. I do not recommend Dr. Jezierski.

She did NOT listen to my medical history; she did NOT address my concerns; she did NOT order blood work nor urine test (which should be common for all new patients) - I requested same from her and finally was given the tests. She referred me a doctor for my problem however, since she didn't listen to my complaints, I was referred to a physician who does NOT treat nor address physical issues. Since her BA is in Philosophy, makes me question what her philosophy is re medical care!

She is great. Very knowledgeable, will give you needed referrals. listens to your complaints. She will address each complaint and provide you with the proper care.

I didn’t like the fact they charge for office visits when you aren’t even in the same state. They ripped off Medicare for an office visit because I called for a refill on an Rx. Spoke with the nurse, they denied the refill and had the audacity to charge ! Medicare $85. That is unethical.
