Nathan Hamblin is great, but the office staff is horrible. Called twice, spoke with two different people trying to get a refill while also being told we could set up a virtual appointment for my daughter. Both girls said they would call me back, neither one did. So unprofessional to not call back when you say you will. Found a new dermatologist for our family. Will miss Nathan, but office staff is not worth the frustration.

Dr. Moats and his assistants are very friendly, making me feel comfortable. Dr. Moats is very knowledgeable and thorough in his care. I feel I can resolve any skin problem by talking to him and following his recommendations. I am glad to work with such a professional person in a new area ( I have lived in Santa Maria foe 12 years). Thankyou, Dr. Moats!

The office doesn’t follow through with patient medications or insurance provider for coverage issues, make sure you contact your insurance to see where you get lab work and prescriptions filled.

Very impressed with Dr Moate's attention and thoroughness. I felt that my visit was important to the doctor and staff. This level of professionalism just isn't the norm these days. Thank you

This office is a joke. I tried to call them twice to schedule an appoiment for a serious skin issue and they didn't even attempt to call me back! Thank God I went to the Urgent Care.
